Bill's Pest and Termite Control offers free termite inspections. My neighbors have termites, so we were concerned the termites might be at our house too. Customer Service was top notch. They were able to schedule an inspection the next day. They checked out our house and our rental property for free. No termites! No upselling either. Their view is that of you don't have termites there is no need to treat. It just gives you a false sense of security. They do recommend having your house inspected yearly. I was stunned. We had paid for Termite Control over 10 years ago and they had an upfront cost of over $1,000 plus yearly cost of $200 to maintain the warranty. This too was with no termites in the house. Refreshing to have honest and reliable service and evaluations. Highly recommend them!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

I LOVE this company and its owner! Three years ago on a Saturday I found a terrible smell coming from the side yard. A rabbit had gotten stuck between the built in grill and side wall to the house and started to decompose. Aldo got rid of it, closed the areas in the fence where the rabbit had gotten in through, inspected the exterior and interior of the house and we also got rid of ants and scorpions. He is amazing! He checks to make sure that I don't have any new issues and has spotten issues with my landscaping and how to improve it to get rid of other critters. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Nick was able to get us scheduled right away. He was very professional and courteous. He was speedy, yet very thorough with his services. I love that he didn’t pressure us into signing a contract, like past companies we used. Thanks Nick for making sure we keep our home bug free !!
