I had a great experience with Bills. I was totally freaked out about seeing some bugs in my home. They literally came the same day and sprayed and set sticky traps. They told me a few steps I can take to prevent more bugs. Overall amazing job and we are now on the monthly list for sprays. Thanks guys!!!!

After the first treatment up to 80 percent of tat activity dissapeared and 99.99% of minor roach activity we had were gone right away after the 3rd treatment we haven't seen a rat in a real long time, crazy how effective this company is and very professional too from their agent they send out to my house to the their call center definitely would recommend this company to anyone having any type of problems in their house

Insectek is a reliable and affordable company. Their technicians are very friendly.Today Bryce came and was extremely helpful in talking to me about a bee problem I have and also spent time showing me where I had ants and how he was treating for them. Thank you Bryce. You were super helpful.

I couldn't be happier, with Nick, both professionally and personally, after having used two other Pest Control services in the past, without good nor ethical results. (I asked one not to use rat glue traps in my attic, due to the torturous aspect. He ignored my request! The result was haunting.)

Professionally:
Nick answered my call regarding a massive cricket issue, which I thought might entail tearing open a wall. Anyone else might have taken advantage of my ignorance. Nick did not. He answered the call immediately, came to my home, within a few days, sprayed and explained how it works. 3 1/2 weeks later, I noticed a third cricket, pointed out by my cat. I called Nick. He came out and sprayed again, at no extra charge.

Now, nearly 3 months later, I have seen NO CRICKETS.

I wanted to wait a couple months and then kept forgetting to write this review. Then, while listening to a recording of an educational phone call, I heard a loud recurrence of cricket invasion and thought OH NO, NOT AGAIN!
It was not a recurrence ! The recorded call , was about 3 months ago and was done prior to Nick's visit. I could barely hear the recorded speaker over the sound of the crickets!! It was only a recording!
STILL NO CRICKETS!

Personally: I have taken off work, numerous times, for various job quotes. (Pest control, handy man, landscapers, electrician, ...) More than not, they did not show. Or, they showed and ripped me off.

Nick, on the opposite side of the spectrum, brought a pleasant combination of ethics and kindness.

I try not to kill animals, even pests. However, if it will bring damage to my home or threaten my family/pets, I will certainly call Nick again!

Paul's Pest & Termite control . Did not know who was pay wait and collect double for the inspection for termites then I ask if the could email invoice once seller paid for Termite treatment and they could not even get that right . Then want they want argue with me poor customer services. Good luck future clients.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. If I could give 1000 stars and 1000 reviews for her I would. This company has something very special with her on their team.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Joe is always so courteous when he comes in. Very pleasant to work with. Communicates with what has been done and asks if we have any concerns. Thank you Joe for the amazing service that you give us.

Fast friendly crew. Just had first treatment, found many dead bugs but still finding scorpions.

Nick was able to get us scheduled right away. He was very professional and courteous. He was speedy, yet very thorough with his services. I love that he didn’t pressure us into signing a contract, like past companies we used. Thanks Nick for making sure we keep our home bug free !!
