Arizona Exterminator Co. did an OUTSTANDING job treating our home for scorpions. Prior to their service, we killed 13 of them inside including, the one that stung my wife under her shirt! Since their professional service about 3 weeks ago, we haven't seen ANY in or around our home! Joe provided friendly advice and thoroughly explained all that he was doing. Once I realized I had a scorpion issue at my new home, I immediately called 911. Scheduling was quick and they were able to get me right in. Tim explains the process and is super thorough. We've used them for years. Recently had a lot of spider and ant activity. They have been our a few times to retreat but we still see webs the same day.

What else can I say, Scott is a lifesaver! He humanely removed a hive that had moved into an exterior wall a day before and came back in the fall to address a swarm that went in through another wall. Scott’s response time is awesome, he is super knowledgeable, and we are so glad he saves the bees. We hope not to need his services again, but will definitely call him if (when) we do!

Absolutely terrible service. Lady who answered my call wrote my address wrong and then blamed me for not being home during the service call. She said she would have management call me, never did. Today I call to confirm the appointment and she hung up on me (presumably by mistake). When I called back she argued with me that she did not hang up with me. Then had the audacity to tell me she worked here for 11 years and gives great customer service. I would run screaming in the other direction rather than employ this company's services.
