My experience with Bill's Pest and Termite has been wonderful. I have termite issues which Bill's is helpful with. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Their prices are much more affordable than most companies. They offer yearly termite control treatments for a decent annual renewal fee. It is great to get this coverage since termites are extremely difficult to get rid of 100% and will often come back. I would highly recommend Bills Pest and Termite to others.

Chris our bug guy is exceptional! He is beyond professional, he is so accommodating and understanding to customers crazy schedules. He is extremely personabale and caring and friendly. I have never before experienced an exterminator or anyone in any profession for that matter that truly loves their job and takes total pride in doing it to the most incredible level possible. If it wasn’t for Chris, I would not still be with Western Exterminator.

Jerod was very thorough at identifying the source of my rodent issue in my attic and took alot of time identifying all of the spots they could enter my attic. I no longer have any roof rats thank you Jerod. We also started ongoing pest control and after my first service i was shocked at how many dead bugs turned up on my property would highly recommend eco valley pest control

Absolutely contact these guys at Arrow Exterminators if you need to get rid of bugs. We had ants and don't believe they'll come back in my lifetime after the job these guys did! Awesome company.

Critter Control came out to get rid of a rodent infestation we had in our attic and wall. Their price was good and they removed the rodents quickly. Very professional and I highly recommend their service.

What else can I say, Scott is a lifesaver! He humanely removed a hive that had moved into an exterior wall a day before and came back in the fall to address a swarm that went in through another wall. Scott’s response time is awesome, he is super knowledgeable, and we are so glad he saves the bees. We hope not to need his services again, but will definitely call him if (when) we do!

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
