Guaranteed Pest Control has been great and always providing wonderful services. They always text us to let me know when there coming. And they are very polite and since they started 6 months ago I haven't seen any scorpions. And they are very thro with spraying the property.

I recently switched to Pro Active pest control and it has been the best! Not only was Tristan very personable and explained the process, their technician texted me and gave me a heads up when he would be there (unlike other companies who give a window for all day), he asked for any areas of concern, did the treatment, and before he left he let know me know and explained what he treated. After the service, I received a phone call to ensure I was happy with my treatment and I could not be more thrilled for this companies communication and professionalism.

After using the company for multiple weeks in a row, problem was not solved. Had to use another company, sure enough new company was able to fix the problem in only 3 weeks. If you get Ben as your service rep, I wish you the best of luck. This company has a lot of decent employees, Ben is not one. Was the worst, even complained about him during treatments and still continued to get him the following weeks.
