A five star experience! I’ve always feared scorpions. My friends have gotten them. I hear about them. I’ve even watched videos of them to try and get over my fear. My day finally came when a tiny little yellow scorpion find its way into my laundry room floor, and boy was I not prepared. Michael came out and explained so much about these creepy critters and spent a lot of time spraying our home. I feel so much better now. Thank you again!!!

We are so pleased to have Tony Ramirez as our technician. We expect thoroughness, product knowledge, and professional help from Atomic and we indeed receive that from Tony. Most of all, we want no insects and that is the way it’s been since Tony has us on his route. His method of providing great service is above and beyond. If he is up for a field review, I would recommend a promotion. We have had a couple other techs on the property and they are almost inept because of the way they perform.

I’ve been a customer of Preventive since 2000! We have lived in 3 different homes since then and they are amazing in their customer service and attention to our needs! I recommend them every chance I get and they truly care about their customers and their service!

We had bed bugs in our apartment and told the office. We waited a couple days for our treatment appointment after our inspection and when we asked the office about when our appointment was, we only had until the next day to basically move out for the treatment and never received a time for our treatment appointment. Since we didn't receive a time, when they showed up for treatment the next morning we needed time to get dressed and remove a couple bags of laundry from the premises. They got irritated and told us that the office needed to reschedule the treatment and we were charged a rescheduling fee.

Finally treatment day came. That very same night, after treatment, we got bit by bed bugs. We waited again for the second treatment date. This time, doing extra cleaning to leave no room for error. We were given a time and date and we had our hopes up that after the second treatment, we would finally be rid of bed bugs. We come home to find that one of our mirrored closet doors was on the floor, facedown, with a big footprint in the middle. We tried to lift it up to put it back in place and there was shattered glass all over the carpet underneath it. We go to the office to see if they knew about it and see when we would be getting a replacement and the pest control agent NEVER TOLD THE OFFICE about it. So naturally they suspected we were lying and were almost charged for it. Luckily my mom is a fighter and they decided not to charge us and just replace it, since there was no proof who did it. Oh, and we got bit again not two days after treatment.

After the hassle and lack of effectiveness of the treatments I am frustrated with this company and discourage anyone from using their services. Use a different service if you want the job done right the first time, with better customer service and care for your belongings.
