My house was infested with roaches everywhere, it was very embarrassing especially when I got guests in my house. My friend recommended me to ProActive pest control and they saved my life. It took some time to completely eradicate the roaches but that was expected since I was told from the onset that it was gonna take time. Overall a really good experience. They were on time and very friendly. Super nice guy came out and sprayed the whole exterior and interior of the house super quick! Even said if I see anymore bugs they will come back right away to retreat it!

Working at an apartment complex we go through smart pest. We absolutely love our pest tech Shawn. He is friendly to all the staff and our residence appreciate him as well. Having techs like Shawn makes me have faith in the company we have chosen to keep our property pest free.

Technician was 2.5 hours late with 1 phone call 10 minutes before he got to my home. I could hardly hear his voice on the phone message. He found all 12 pots and changed out one. Since I have a 5 year contract, I hope this doesn't happen again.

Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. Nothing came back on the shed and nothing on our home. We trust the pro's at Bill's

They require payment upfront and then never actually come to do the work. They actually stated that they had come to do work at a certain time when I was working from home and I know for a fact they were not there. Personally, I feel I should just need to look outside and KNOW they have been there. I have left messages requesting a refund for their “service” as well as termination of any upcoming service and of course have heard nothing back. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE THEM!
