Found a sidewinder rattle snake at back door of the house I'm pet sitting at. Kevin answered my call at 8pm and arrived in about 25 minutes. He was personable and professional and I'm so thankful he was able to help me so quickly!!

Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!

Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. I needed a termite inspection at the last minute for a home refinance. I called several places and decided on preventive pest control because they could do it quickly. I was not disappointed! Excellent value and professionalism. I highly suggest this company and i will be back for any pest control needs i have. My apartment complex uses this pest control business. I have never been thrilled with my apartment management team, however choosing this company has been the one thing they have done right.
