Last month I had an issue with bees making their way into my house through an old air duct. I came across A.S.A.P. Bee Removal and spoke with the owner David. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns as I have never dealt with a bee issue and have pets I was very concerned. He told me what to do for the time being and was very patient in answering my questions. When he came out for the appointment he was on time and the process was very simple. He even honored a discount I had forgot to mention at the start of the appointment. Have not had any issues since but the service does come with a warranty to give you peace of mind. Would highly recommend A.S.A.P. Bee Removal and the owner David was great!

Scott Shipley is the most ineffective bed bug company and unkind and arrogant. He has the City of Phx contract to do the heat treatment at all multi house apartments. He has a family member that is the president of the management company Christine Shipley. She is the president for Dunlap Mcgee the property management company for all City of Phx apartment complexes. The apartment walls are infested with bed bugs. He does the quickest inspection for bed bugs which is highly unprofessional. His integrity is extremely questionable and so is the family member Chrsitine Shiply who is the president of the management company Dunlap Mc Gee

Tonight is the first night in a week that I will be able to sleep peacefully thanks to Dorie and Caleb at AZEX Pest Solutions! I called so many different pest control places to get rid of the cricket that had been chirping every single night this week. My prayers were answered when I spoke with Dorie - she felt my pain, and then Caleb arrived and that mofo cricket came crawling out covered with white dust. Boom. Done. Caleb went above and beyond by sealing the holes and also leaving insect traps! All the other places I called said it would be a week, wanted more money and refused to seal up the holes. Update 01/24/2019 - Spoke with Jeff who was very apologetic about our experience and quickly scheduled someone to come back onsite and treat the still effected area. Someone from the company came back out to retreat and i will provide an update to my review in a month. For readers' reference, my original review was for 1 Star. I am updating this to 4 Stars due to the recent engagement with Jeff him quickly working to resolve.

terrible customer service (Trisha) has so much attitude, is unhelpful, and just says the same script over and over again. They tell us they can't do anything for 90 days. When we saw the tubes appear again (4th tube since treatment) almost after 90 days, we called to schedule something by the time our 90 day window lapsed since they say don't knock the tube down until after 2 weeks, which would be after our 90 day period. The insult to injury is the fact that they would not be able to come out for another 3 weeks. They came out the same week when we wanted to pay them for the treatment, but now that we ask them to stand by their product, they are reluctant to do anything.

their website claims termite elimination and I am beginning to think this is false advertisement. Stay away from this place.
