William and Jennifer have been treating my home since I moved to Arizona. We had a terrible infestation of roaches when we moved in, and they were gone after the first treatment.

About a year after we moved in two of my kids got stung by scorpions within a week of each other. William and Jennifer were on their way out of town and dropped everything to come treat the inside of my house. It’s been three years since and I have not seen a scorpion since.

I completely understand the science in the solution they use (thanks to William) and understand that it is completely safe for my kids and pets, but deadly to bugs and especially scorpions. After calling 5 companies to come out and deal with spiders this was the only one that called back promptly. Nicole was very nice, and got our business scheduled right away. John came out and did the inspection at two of our locations and recommended what to do. Adam came out and did the service at out Glendale location. Talk about attention to detail! Adam was amazing! And the amount of spiders he had to deal with was truly scary to most of our staff. :) Since the first service we haven't seen any spiders or insects of any kind. We just had the follow up done at our Glendale location and again Adam was amazing. Thank you! We will be following up with Invader Pest Management in the future.

Arizona Exterminator Co. did an OUTSTANDING job treating our home for scorpions. Prior to their service, we killed 13 of them inside including, the one that stung my wife under her shirt! Since their professional service about 3 weeks ago, we haven't seen ANY in or around our home! Joe provided friendly advice and thoroughly explained all that he was doing. Bulwark is amazing! I called them to restart service from previously having them after my mother moved out and transferred the services to her new home and they were able to schedule me the same day. Aaron D. came out promptly and did an amazing treatment inside and outside of the property including spraying the water boxes and knocking down spider webs from all over the house that we didn't even realize were there. He also noticed the weeds and asked if we had anyone yet (I had just called for some quotes) and he let me know that Bulwark does it now and offered to take care of it while he was here. This is A-1 customer service and he immediately took care of both back and front yard. Thank you for the excellent service, safe house and nice looking yard!

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.
