TSM roofing does an excellent and fast job. They had 8 men on the roof and finished the job in two days. They clean up well when they finish the job and are responsive if you have any questions. They do good quality work and were very competitive in price with other roofing companies.

Decided to get solar panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to do a partial reroofing. Not only did they do a very poor job they failed to complete it and my home received water damage due to rain. It’s been 3 months and the issues still isn’t resolved. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

Wow, such a great company I ended choosing to call. I’ve been scammed by well known companies before, so I’m very cautious about who comes and tends to my home, but I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough and reasonable Next Gen was. Turner came to my home promptly on time and he was courteous, kind, professional, and just about sweeter than cherry pie. Also, by God’s celestial hand, the most down right good looking piece of pumpkin pie I’ve seen in a quite a long time. Oh Lord, if these old bones didn’t fail me and I was 30 years younger I might have not let him ever leave. I just about asked him if he wanted lemonade 45 times just so I could look up on there roof and gander. He also mentioned he used to be a plumber once in passing. Had he still been I’d have him cleaning my pipes daily. Gotta warn an old gal like me before they send these young things to our homes. If you ever are looking for a solid roofer, who is there to work and make your life easier, Turner and Next Gen is your company. I just about hope my roof gets destroyed once a year so that tall drink of iced tea would just come back. Definitely go with Next Gen, left me as happy as a clam at high tide.

I was extremely happy with the response time that Gleason Roofing was able to provide. I called several places to get an estimate and they were able to get me an estimate and scheduled for the replacement in the quickest time. The cost was also very reasonable. The roofing team is on time, courteous, hardworking, and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Gleason Roofing, LLC. Will definitely call this team every time I need roof work done.

Arizona's Finest Roofing lived up to their name when they removed the tile, replaced all the under materials and replaced the tiles on the tile part of my roof. They also recoated my flat roof and patio roof. Laurie and Dawn was so helpful and keeping me posted and in working with the work crew to ensure strict HOA rules were not infringed upon. Matt explained the scope of work in layman terms and made me feel comfortable that I made the correct choice in choosing Arizona's Finest Roofing.
Felipe and his crew even took away my umbrella that had been damaged beyond repair by the recent winds. Felipe also was kind enough to let me know when they finished.
Every person that I was in contact with, either my phone, email or in person were professional, caring and patient. The photos that were furnished were very helpful and appreciated.

Amazing service and very reasonable rates. I have used them twice now. Will definitely use Arizona Roof Rescue for any future roof needs. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ultra Foam does roof work as a subcontractor for our remodeling company as well as some roofing work on my personal residence and they've done a fantastic job for me personally and continue to do fantastic work for our company! Dustin and his team did a superior job painting the outside of our entire house. They were meticulous, professional and worked quickly. I thought we were picky and when we did our final walk-around, Dustin found very minor things that we didn't even see and had the crew do touchups. We were so pleased and even had people stop buy and ask us who painted our home. He had great suggestions and I would recommend Surface Masters to anyone who needs house repainting or any other home surface repair. You won't be disappointed.

The service I received from Express Roofing through the entire project should be a model for all others.
From the beginning, they were quick to respond to my Yelp request for an appointment, when other companies never even returned my follow-up call. Some companies came out but never followed up with a bid. Some gave me a bid on the spot without even going up on the roof! Rene came out (at the appointment time which was important to me since I work from home) and explained the process, the company set-up, the timeline and what to expect – up to and including what would I do with my dog while the roofing was happening, not just because the gate would be open, but some dogs (and people) do not like the noise. He was also careful to explain that they would be covering my pool and some dogs may try to walk on the plastic and could drown.
I needed a huge number of tiles replaced and my tile is no longer being made and instead of sending me 50 miles away to where tile is made to select another color and style, Rene brought the tile to me. He brought models of how joints and connections and drains are made and installed, and showed a piece of the underlayment so I could see what was going to be installed on my roof. Everything he said was followed up in writing. I received a copy of the warranty form along with their bid. His bid was “all in” when other companies had pages of contingencies and possible related and unforeseen charges. Express Roofing was not the lowest bid on paper but I felt confident that the bid would be what I paid – and in the end it was.
It is quite interesting and noteworthy at how well the crew worked together to accomplish so much in just one day. As noisy as this project is, other than the sound of real work being done, the crew was quiet as mice - and as much work that happened on top and around my home I was amazed everyday that not one nail or spec of trash could be found when the crew departed for the day! The materials that remained behind for the next day were neatly and safely stacked and placed discreetly so that I would not receive a complaint from the HOA and they would not be in my way. The professionalism astounded me, especially in this day and age where it seems most companies just don't care about customer service!
Jeff in the Express Roofing office was proactive and either called or emailed me on a regular basis to keep me updated on the tile order and delivery, the crew arrival time, reminder about the pool being covered while the messiest work was being performed, etc. I did not have to chase them down to find out what the heck was going on as I have had to with other major projects I am doing such as glass beading my pool or installing a gas line for my barbeque.
Every day that work was done Rene drove all the way out here and flew a drone to show me the progress on the roof. He sent me a video with a voice over explaining what was happening. On the video, he pointed out a couple of upgrades the crew was doing so my roof would be back in code, leak-proof longer, and more aesthetically pleasing. Not one of the other companies that came out and gave me a bid even mentioned them.
Rene said the roof would be done by the weekend – and it was actually done before noon on Friday. They were very comprehensive and meticulous on stucco patching and matched the house paint perfectly.
This is one time when I wrote what I consider to be a big check – and was completely and totally happy and satisfied to do it. I feel that I have the best looking roof in the entire area, not just in my neighborhood. I would recommend Express Roofing to anyone needing a roof repair, a replacement, or like me, a new roof.

Their jobs were done well by the team members. In general, we are pleased with the work. Our sphere of influence will definitely include this roofing company.
