Extremely impressed at the professionalism by Tyler and his crew. Everything occurred during job as expected. A high quality product was the result on our roof replacement. The quote was accurate, all items broken down to the smallest degree in writing. Tyler provided complete oversight of job throughout. He provided pictures in real time sent to my phone showing progress. Cleanliness was a priority throughout job and final condition was perfect all around house. My hoa hired this company. They started my building at a reasonable time after 7am on a weekday and finished my building before 5pm. They came and notified me of a concern with my ac unit and wanted to make sure it was working properly which it wasn't. They stayed about an hour after they had completed the roof to fix my ac unit and make sure it was blowing cold again. All the guys I spoke with were polite and friendly.

We looked at numerous other companies to replace our aging roof and repair some failing structural beams. Four Peaks was price was in line with other companies but their responsiveness and professionalism was well above any other company we spoke with. Jason was extremely responsive and courteous and followed up on each request immediately. They were able to get started very quickly and their crew worked diligently to complete ethe repair & replacement. Some additional roof damage was found and Jeff clearly explained what was needed and had his team come in on Sunday to keep the project on schedule. Jason and Jeff both checked in throughout the project and once it was completed, Jason came back and walked the roof with us to show exactly what had been done and ensure that the quality was up to standard. During the project, we had neighbors ask who we were working with as they were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Four Peaks. They were easy to work with and the end result looks amazing. As an aside, a huge rainstorm came in the day after completion and no issues were revealed. Very happy with Four Peaks.

Called for roof deck quote early August 2021 someone came out to measure and was told quote would be in 2 days max well I am still waiting to get quote in september.

Nothing but good experiences with Almeida Roofing. We had our 43 year old concrete tile roof completely replaced, including a lot of plywood and fascia boards (water damage). The quote was fair and reasonable. Almeida's crew did an amazing job, and were nice enough to paint the fascia boards as they were installing them, which saved me a lot of hassle. They were quick, courteous and communicated well throughout the process. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any roof work done.

Working with this company has been a complete nightmare. From day one, we've been unaware of what was going on due to an extreme lack of communication. Without notice, supplies were dropped off at our home. Without notice, workers were on our roof. Without explanation, for 2 business days, a pile of trash and supplies were left in the middle of our front yard, which led to an HOA warning. Without notice, a train car sized dumpster was dropped off in our driveway, blocking our 2.5 car garage, only allowing room for one car in our driveway, and our HOA does not allow us to park on the street. Without explanation, the dumpster has sat in our driveway for 4 business days and is still there as of this review. Throughout the week, we've called and called and emailed and emailed and texted and texted and we've received little to no response. After being told the job would take 3 days, we've been dealing with this nonsense for 7 chaotic, stressful days, despite only 1.5 days of actual work on the roof. I wish I read the reviews on this company before moving forward with the referral from a colleague.

Excellent work on time friendly and finished in one day and it looks awesome. Don't be afraid to hire this company.

We reached out to In-Ex after our friends recommended their roofing services. There have been many roof replacements in our neighborhood completed by In-Ex and it's obvious to us how they've been able to build such a great word-of-mouth program. Their customer service is top-notch, they communicate often and effectively and their roof technicians were quick, kept the jobsite clean and did a great job with the overall installation and repairs.
