Best Water Leaking in Phoenix AZ

Our Arizona room needed elastomeric re-coating. We had a great experience with Brown Roofing. Jesse was a pleasure to work with; very friendly, knowledgeable, and always took time to answer our questions. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the end result. We were impressed with the service and quality of the job. We will definitely hire Brown Roofing again!

Mikku and Sons did our roof in 2018 and it leaked within 6 months causing water damage to our ceiling drywall. We let them know, and they sent out on of their personnel who said he couldn’t see a leak or any issues, and they would not cover costs for the damage inside. We called again and asked them to send someone else. He found the issue and fixed it by caulking a couple different locations. He also said their warranty and guarantee does not cover any interior damage. What good is a warranty if their poor workmanship causes water damage inside your house? Issue is still not resolved.

We hired D & L to do our commercial building, which has about a 5,500 square foot flat roof. Greg and his team did a great job, explaining the process along the way, and getting the work done quickly, even with the hot days we had. I highly recommend their service for anything related to a commercial roof.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
