Got started on the job pretty quickly, within about a week, the production crew were friendly. The construction supervisors were very nice and informative, and quick to get in touch with you, about any issues, i.e. like needing to postpone because of inclement weather.

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. I recently had to contact Durafoam as a person that inherited their warranty from the past owner of our home. I was impressed with how friendly, responsive and reasonable they were about addressing my concern. The complete opposite of what I rehearsed in my head before calling. What a refreshing change to find conscientious, integrity in the roofing world!

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

This company helped us by sending their expert panel for our roof repairs. They gave us estimates beforehand and started with the work immediately. We chose the tiles as per our choice and they helped us get them at the bulk prices, saving a lot of our money.
