Best Tile Installations in Phoenix AZ

Before hiring Allstate Roofing to repair my leaky roof I researched two other contractors with the BBB and the ROC. I knew that the other two contractors had been around awhile so I gave consideration to them and Allstate was the only one that did not have any complaints with the BBB or ROC. Also my researched confirmed that Allstate had been in business for many years as mentioned in their ads therefore I did not bother getting estimates from any other roofer. I was willing to pay more for a quality job than less for a questionable job. They rebuilt my roof better than the original build so I'm feeling confident that it won't leak for a long time and they left the area around my house clean after they were done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof repaired.

Today Yari, estimator, stopped by to look at my roof. On one of the ridges, I had one tile that had come off and was laying on the roof and several surrounding tiles had loose nails. He went up on the roof, re-installed the tile, replaced the nails and checked the entire roof. He then came in the house and told me that the rest of the roof looked fine, but since it’s 18 years old, in the next 2-5 years, I would need to think about having the underpayment replaced. He explained the entire process, gave me a rough, “balllpark” figure (for my future financial planning). He also told me the areas I should expect to possibly see water leaks in the next few years.

Yari was prompt, personable and extremely knowledgeabe. He took the time to fix the roof and inform me of what to expect in the next five years. After all of that, he charged me nothing. That’s right—$0.

I am so impressed with Yari and his customer service and will not hesitate to call Renco when it’s time for the underpayment on the roof to be replaced. In fact, I just called a friend to give her Renco’s information so that she has it for future reference. She just recently needed a roofer and was not happy with who she hired.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and Yari. In fact, the girl in the office (Shaila), was incredibly personable and friendly as well. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and immediately set up an appointment for me, all with a smile in her voice. What fantastic customer service. Thank you.

I had Brown roofing out last week to replace my roof. They did a great job! Craig and Jesse explained everything they were going to do on my job. They also installed the ridge vent system and removed the turbines , this is the best ventilation system!

We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

I recently had my roof replaced by Hardracker Roofing and I love it! Clyde was very easy to work with and gave me great service and a great price. His roofers were respectful of my dogs and property and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company! Great people to do business with!

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check.
