My roof was recently damaged by high winds. I called my insurance, and two local roofing companies for estimates. After choosing Allstate Roofing, they installed a temporary tarp while I worked through the insurance process. When the time came, Brad came to my home and repaired my shingle roof with shingles that match so well that it’s not even noticeable where the damage was! He told me he also “tabbed down” the surrounding shingles so I won’t have any more problems. It’s been a few weeks now and I’ve had more high winds and hail, and the repair is holding up beautifully. Thanks to Allstate Roofing for excellent customer service!

We moved into a new home and with the monsoon season hitting us this summer there was a leak in our roof. From the first conversation with this company I knew they were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They came out that same day and took care of us at an affordable rate and they guarantee their work. Other roofing companies were going to have us wait a week out and with the storms rolling in that was unacceptable. I would highly recommend Castile Roofing and would have no problem calling them again should we need them!!

With the recent rain, our roof developed a major leak. I did a bit of research on roofing repairs and found Zona Roofing. I am so glad I did. They immediately responded to shore up the issue and returned to bid and eventually fix the area of the roof with the leak. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. Lazy workers that only do what they have to do. First sign of rain i am scared for our electronics because the roofs always leak water as if there are multiple holes in roof

Kevin Bowland with Apple Roofing has come to our rescue! We had an absolutely terrible experience with a local general contractor who completely botched a roof extension for us. Kevin came out immediately to inspect, provide a bid for the work and get us scheduled on our time. With us having to mitigate multiple facets of the previously botched work we are unable to have the roof repaired safely so Kevin in order to prevent anymore damage to our home came out and tarped and sealed down the extension for now to get us thru any rainfall. We were recommended to Harper's Roofing by a co-worker of mine. She had great things to say about the overall experience, price and costumer service. However, when my husband called Harper's Roofing this week for an estimate for our roof, he was greeted with an attitude and short responses. The lady that called him seemed annoyed and asked how he heard of them and he explained that we were a personal referral. The lady on the phone responded rudely and seemed to have an issue with the fact that they are located in Mesa and our home is located in the North Phoenix area. (Their website clearly says they serve the Phoenix area). She further stated that it would be at least 2 months before they could get someone out to do an estimate in our area because we live so far north. It came across that she didn't understand why if we live in the North Phoenix area that we would call a place located in Mesa.

Perhaps it's because I work in Mesa and my co-worker had a good experience with your company. Perhaps it's because we need an estimate for our roof and wanted to use a company that someone personally recommended. Perhaps it's because you had a 5 star rating on Google.

There are ways of nicely turning away a potential client. Maybe instead of being rude, you could have said, Unfortunately we just can't get someone out to your area for a while because we have a lot of repairs going on at the moment and because we are located in Mesa it might be best to find a closer roofing company to your area that can get you an appointment sooner. But we appreciate the referral and good luck to you.

Something along those lines would have been fine. I spoke to my co-worker who referred Harper's Roofing and she was shocked to hear that we were turned away so rudely, considering she spoke to the same lady multiple times while her roof was being repaired and said she was nice throughout the entire process. However, that's not the communication style we were given over a simple estimate.

Word of mouth travels fast when you have a good experience. But it travels even faster when it's bad.

These guys are awesome! They were polite and worked so hard and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.
