We have been very happy with the work done by Ky-Ko Roofing. They are responsive, professional and provide high quality workmanship. We would strongly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof or roof repair.

We recently had the underlayment replaced on our tile roof, and foam applied on the flat roof. The job was done well, and we are pleased with the results. Eddie Cortez was on top of the details in making sure everything was done right. He checked out every aspect of the work, even climbing back on the roof after the job was finished to paint some of the metal strips (flashing) so that they matched our house paint color, and made sure all the tiles looked good, including bringing in a close match on replacement tiles for some of our older tiles that were broken. He made sure there was a wide enough shingle path around our air conditioner units so that technicians could work around them comfortably without stepping all over the tiles when any AC repair work might need to be done in the future. We thought the professionalism of Lyons was very good, and Mr. Cortez especially.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

I like the people and work ethic of Capstone. Bill responds to my needs and that is good. I believe that I will be using them for the roof of my home for as long as I own the house. The roof quality will be passed onto another and I am confident the quality will continue.

The owner came and inspected our roof after having a home inspection for the sale of our home. We needed someone to come quickly as we had a closing date approaching and he came out, gave me all the information of what needed to be fixed and came back in two days to complete the work. Where should I start?? Well after the last crazy rain spell we had, we started to notice some buckling on our living room ceiling. After hours of researching I decided to call Arizona Rood Rescue. Spoke with Alan, who is actually the owner and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed a few repairs in a few spots. The cost was very resonable. The workers showed up on times and were very nice and got right to work. No more leaky ceilings for us! I definitely plan on telling all my friends about Alan and his great company.

I highly recommend The Roof Medics. I use them for my business and also my personal residence. We recently had all of the roofing paper replaced, along with some of the plywood, on our 25 year old roof and they did a great job. The crews were professional, prompt and clean.

They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose
