It's been a rough couple of years, so when my shop's roof began to leak I wasn't happy. Fortunately I called RENCO as a second estimate. They came in for less money, were prompt, professional and pleasant. They even worked around my solar company to repair my roof BEFORE the monsoon hit. We have already referred them to others. 5 stars!

The good about this company and their install was the cost and the fact that my roof did not leak.

Unfortunately, that was where the good stopped. I felt that many corners were cut on the installation. Photo below is an excellent example. Almeida will exclude painting from their scope (which is fair). But then they perform work, remove fascia (and in one spot - replace it with a 2x4), and install the roof in a way that does not allow you to come back and paint the wood they replace. I am not sure why this was done.

Also photoed are spots on my flat roof where the rolled roofing was bubbled. Their fix was to shoot sealant into the void, rather than heat up the roofing and reseal, which they told me they would do.

It took three return visits to correct issues. First pass included flashings missing and possibly the worst cut on a flat roof I have ever seen. My flat roof over the garage still has an area where the flashings seem to have a drop in them, but I've just accepted this is the way it is going to be now.

I felt the final visit to correct issues was the top guy. He was quite good, but could only do so much to salvage what had already been done.

All in all, if you're in a bind, these guys should be low and based on my experience, do care to make sure your roof doesn't leak. If you have the time to stand over their shoulder and manage the work, you'll probably be OK. But if you want something done with attention to detail, I'd recommend going elsewhere and paying a little more. I wish I had.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Diversified roofing installed roof on our new house. That Dark Charcoal looks great against white walls. Bill, Steven, and Amanda were great to work with. Great experience. There was initially an additional charge for a facia board replacement which was replaced and not charged. Very pleased.

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

Travis and his team are incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations on both my flat roof coating and my tile section. They beat all the other roofing contractors quotes and once they started I could not believe how efficient they were. Travis sent me regular updates and photos throughout the day while I was at work and I was astonished. I could not be on premises due to my work schedule so it was very reassuring to get photos sent to my phone all throughout the day and see every step of the process. I could not believe it when I saw the photo of the new tile roof completely finished on day 2! It looked even better when I got home and saw it with my own eyes. I did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes before I decided to go with Next Gen Roofing. I could not be happier with their work and would recommend Travis and his team to anyone.

Really great company

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.
