Best Patio Roofing in Phoenix AZ

(Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

Pete was on time and took the time to explain how our roofing would go. We’ve been a little hesitant, not sure who we could depend on. He came through with flying colors. Roof was completed on time and looks great!!!

I have been waiting for a good storm to hit before posting this review!
So a couple of weeks ago, discovered a water stain on the ceiling of my garage. I called Steve at Ready Roofing AZ. He came to my home the same day and made an assessment of my roof. Roof leaks can be a tricky thing to diagnose. Where you see a water stain can be very different from the source of the water coming in. Steve performed a full assessment of my roof. He found the source of the leak and showed me where it was coming from. I suppose he could have told me that other spots needed attention too, but he didn't do that. He said the rest of the roof looked fine. The estimate Steve gave was extremely fair. To tell you the truth, the quote came in lower than I expected! The next morning, his guys were at my house working on the repair, and I was impressed with the professionalism of his crew.
Of course, the true test of would come during the next storm!
Well last night (8/3/19) it came! High winds, and heavy rain!
So this morning I go out to my garage to check the old stain on my ceiling. I am very happy to report that it is completely dry! Problem solved!

Can’t say enough good things about Harper’s. Estimate was provided promptly, pricing was super-competitive, Tracey who runs the office was really helpful with scheduling, the crew cleaned up the yard and the patio area every evening when they left, and the finished product is beautiful. My super-picky former general contractor boyfriend says it’s a terrific job!

I purchased my home in 2015 and the prior owner had a warranty with Roof Medics on a section of roof that they did. I hired them to do the remaining roof sections two weeks ago on my flat roof areas with foam. Daryl and the team are very knowledgeable and showed up on the stated installation date. The crew was very clean and did a thorough job. I even received before and after images of the work with a final invoice. I highly recommend Roof Medics.
