I am extremely pleased with the roof repair service provided. My first repair was a roof leak that caused extensive damage to my garage. Having repaired the damaged area, I experienced no further leaks during the heavy brain fall. I asked him to return and inspect my entire tile roof. He photographed the areas in need of repair, and I had the necessary repairs made. Their employees are trustworthy, and I have complete faith in his work. Thank you Precision Roofing.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! Oswin was super easy to work with and got me a quote within a day. His quote was lower than the 5 other quotes I got. Got quote on a Monday, he started work that Friday and was done on Saturday with a full roof replacement. Great work and very pleased with the new roof. Thanks again Oswin!

We looked at numerous other companies to replace our aging roof and repair some failing structural beams. Four Peaks was price was in line with other companies but their responsiveness and professionalism was well above any other company we spoke with. Jason was extremely responsive and courteous and followed up on each request immediately. They were able to get started very quickly and their crew worked diligently to complete ethe repair & replacement. Some additional roof damage was found and Jeff clearly explained what was needed and had his team come in on Sunday to keep the project on schedule. Jason and Jeff both checked in throughout the project and once it was completed, Jason came back and walked the roof with us to show exactly what had been done and ensure that the quality was up to standard. During the project, we had neighbors ask who we were working with as they were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Four Peaks. They were easy to work with and the end result looks amazing. As an aside, a huge rainstorm came in the day after completion and no issues were revealed. Very happy with Four Peaks.

Multi Pro Roof Solutions was great! We worked with Brandon Fuller and he was responsive, attentive and worked hands on throughout the whole process. We have a beautiful new roof and skylights and it looks absolutely amazing! Happy to have it done just in time for Monsoon season!! The team finished the whole project in one day no less. They were professional and tarped all of our foliage and flower beds as well as the pool so it was easy clean-up! Couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

My house is like part of the family, so when it comes to any sort of home repairs I always thoroughly research all my options to ensure I find the best choice. After a referral from a high school buddy & some additional research, I found Phoenix Roofing to be the best roofers in town! The consultation was quick & easy, I was able to browse samples & have all my questions answered. The price was more than fair & the overall quality of work was exceptional. I was super impressed with the crew’s work ethic & cleanliness. In conclusion, I give Phoenix Roofing 5/5 stars & would use them again. You can trust them with your home’s roof & will not be disappointed.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND ACCOUNTING - ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.

Spanish speaking crew was professional, capable & courteous. Project Manager (PM) visited site and inspected completed work as a means to Trust but Verify >:o) - The PM personally cleaned oil stains work truck left in driveway ! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The best ever. Had a leak that was from the gable vent so I sent a text to Augusto at 8:25 PM and he responded at 8:30 PM.
They were at my home the next day by 9:00 AM the next day after driving 80 miles for them and repaired vent.
