Best New Construction Services in Phoenix AZ

I normally never bother to write reviews, but I have to share what was the worst customer service experience I've ever had to warn others of how they may get treated.

In April 2018, I paid in full for Chris to put together plans for my rather large back yard. Contacting him is an extreme pain - do not bother calling their business number as you will get connected with someone who seems like they could care less about your concerns. I emailed Chris roughly 15 times over the past 5 months and called countless times to try to get updates on blown deadlines, which there were 4 of them and countless excuses.

He eventually agreed to come meet at my house to try to right things and talk details of the plan, which came out to be incorrect twice (probably because there was such a long gap between the meeting and when he sent me the next drawing).

Finally in September of 2018, after missing the deadline for the 'final plan' twice, he sends me a drawing with no dimensions, no renderings, no estimates, and no water/power/gas line configurations like I had asked for. When I asked him about it - the drawing is 'to scale'. Now nobody can do any work without converting the plot plans to what a PDF hopefully correctly converts tiny measurements to.

All of this to say, I highly warn anyone who doesn't have money in hand (do not pay in full before the job is done, or this may happen to you too) for a specific job and dimensions ready to go to work with Lone Star. They really need to work on their communication and committing to promises. I am now out almost $2,000 with no workable plan. I am hoping they will now bother to call me and correct this imbalance.

Had Holly out 6 days ago to view the backyard and get insight on our vision. Followed up via email with pictures. ZERO reply. I am in sales and I wish my clients chased after me for business. Given the amount of money we're looking at spending and given supply chain and labor issues, I don't need anymore convincing to go another direction on a contractor. Thanks for wasting out time.

Sal & his team did an amazing job with our backyard. They were professional & punctual. Rain or sun! We would definitely recommend Sal to everyone we know and we will be back to him for future projects!

After looking around for awhile for a good, trustworthy landscaping company, we finally have found it with Nick. Work is top notch and has our yard and shrubs looking fantastic week after week. He goes out of his way to do our yard in our neighborhood, would love to get him some more clients in our area! Just so they can see the great work that he does as well.

I’ve worked with this contractor directly for the past year. He’s very reliable, and upholds his word. Does phenomenal work, also it was very affordable.

I hired this company to remove some broken tree limbs and grading at my house. The tree work was fine though the grading was over-priced...they charged $179 per hour for supposedly 2 men and equipment.
Day 1 was 1 man with a shovel,pick, and rake for 4 hours. Day 2 was 2 men for less than 2 hours. They billed me $1433 for the labor. When i complained about the price I was told the guys arrived at their shop to load their truck at 5:30 am and drive to my house...
So for 2 days loading their lunch and driving to my house cost me $796.00
I can't afford to use this company.

We were brand new to the West Valley (and AZ) and were overwhelmed by both the amount of work that needed to be done in our backyard AS WELL AS the number of landscapers advertising in our area. My husband did a lot of research on-line and we had several folks out to provide us bids. Marty was very enjoyable to work with and provided us with a plan and quote that fit our needs and budget perfectly. Luis and his team worked tirelessly and helped navigate a couple of mid-project changes we decided to make. Loved the we can make it happen attitude knowing we also had budgetary limits. Luis/Marty - thanks for a beautiful backyard oasis that we're proud to call HOME!

Absolute most incompetent landscape company I've ever had the displeasure of unfortunately dealing with. What this company needs is someone who can train in the art of power sweeping with backpack blowers. Every Tuesday like clockwork, I as a residential owner of a condominium property go from a nice clean patio and instantly when the guy(s) with the blowers pass by... BOOM! Dirt, debris, trash, rocks, gravel, leaves you name it everywhere! Time after time I have even caught the men and had them to clean off what mess they have created on my patio, and asked they not blow everything under the gates of our units...In one ear and out the other. Asides from leaving personal space a mess? Vehicles in the lot are finely coated with a thick layer of dirt looking like the worst of haboobs has hit... Unacceptable! Leave landscaping to the professionals and NOT these guys!

The supervisor frank is using the workers money and he never pay on time and he is giving bad excuses all time
