Best Membrane Roofing in Phoenix AZ

We have used Renco for roofing for many years and you just cannot go wrong using their services. This time we had them put in gutters on the house and the barn and it was flawless. The installers were courteous, left the job sight clean and made recommendations that improved the appearance and function of the gutters. Most importantly they did not laugh about the terrible job I had done when I installed the first gutters (the ones they replaced).

I welcome contacts from anybody who wishes to verify what I have to say, and that I am an actual customer, which I am.

Many roofers will say they are cheaper and some will offer special deals and make outrageous claims about their warrantees but here is the deal on all that.

The warrantee is only good if they stay in business, under the same name and registration. Look for honest people doing quality work, like Renco, and the warrantee will also be valuable.

Cheaper is a bad measurement in roofing bids because the quality of the materials can vary so much. And then there is workers compensation and product liability coverage they can cut corners on. Each of those can end costing you much more than you might have saved getting the cheaper quote.

Materials is obvious - cheaper materials means work that will not last or might leak, or worst case blow off in a big storm. Renco will be happy to tell you what the difference is between what they use and what you might buy at Home Depot for example. Both quality products but the stuff Renco uses will last longer and be out on professionally which makes a difference.

Insurance is less obvious but might be more important. A company that is cutting that corner clearly is not concerned about your home or your safety. If they have a bad event they may go out of business to avoid the legal issues, or hem not being covered might fall back on you the homeowner of somebody gets hurt. Basically people who are Wlidcatting roofing are putting you at risk and saving a few hundred dollars is jut not worth it.

In the end it is best to get work your family must count on done by professionals who do not cut corners. Call Renco and will love the results.

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

Very unprofessional company I would not use them.I was just run off the road by one of their drivers and upon callingThey really did not care..Obviously ... spoke with Dean he was trying to be polite but unhelpful , then traffic supervisor hung up on me because he was rude and interrupting me, I'll get his name later. If you read other reviews you will see other people had problems with their drivers cutting them off on the road and being rude. until I speak to the owners of this company about their driving policy I will continue to let people know about this company and the way they act and treat people. It is very clear the only thing they care about is a rolling billboard sign, not the safety of people. I know if I own the company and I had drivers for me cutting people off on the road they would not be working there much longer I wouldn't be defending them in any way when you work for a company you represent that company especially when you're wearing their logo and driving there logo. No the incident occurred a few months ago and all the information was given to Dean and he knew exactly who the driver was but I'm sure that's been swept under the carpet. Take it up with Dean I tried to respond to your comments but I couldn't so I just added to my review. I do appreciate you reaching out as the owner and asking this information I wish you were as attentive a few months ago I had the information. Turned out almost 1,300 people so am I review on your company just one person didn't do business with you out of that 1300 my job is done. I honestly didn't like the way I was being spoken to by your employees besides the lousy driving

Here's another 5 star rating for Phoenix Roofing & Remodel. Shelby came right out the morning after I called them, thoroughly answered every question and, when I went up there on the roof with her, took me through every issue. She'd been on the insurance side previously, so she'd seen a lot of roofs and was really good at educating me. She also showed me samples of shingles and the underlayment material, gave me a brochure of colors and links to photos of houses with the different shingles colors. Throughout the process she sent written updates, she always got right back to me, was thorough and detailed, and also, was lovely to deal with. Carlos, the construction boss, was also amazing. Took me through the process again, let me know when things would arrive (dumpster, shingles, crew, etc) and coordinated everything beautifully. He also came out several times to explain things, review things and give his final approval. His team, headed by Rene, went above and beyond. It was a challenging roof, but Rene had 20 years of experience, and anticipated problems. We had to replace one fairly large section of plywood. They took lots of photos for insurance, Shelby and I got approvals, and Rene did an absolutely beautiful job. The crew cleaned up every day, were so nice to be around, and were committed to doing excellent work. Did I mention it was 107 for the days they were here? The whole experience was fantastic and hassle-free from beginning to end. I can't say enough about the integrity, honestly and quality work done by Phoenix Roofing and Remodel. I agree with the other reviewers who said they are the best in the Valley. They are.

Alfredo was very easy to work with. He explained the process of replacing my roof very thoroughly. He worked within my budget and had the entire project done with in a few days.

I tried to use this company to work on my flat roof. We agreed to price and had a contractor agreement we have all our contractors fill out that includes references and rules while working on our companies jobs. This company refused to fill it out and would not explain why. I'm not sure if they don't pay taxes but don't waste your time with this company.

PEP Solar has been working with Certified Roofing for awhile now. Their staff is very nice, the crew is professional and on time, and the owners responsive when you call. We highly recommend the talent at Certified Roofing and we believe you will be pleasantly surprised by their high quality craftsmanship.

Beware of their pickup trucks. A-hole driver of one of their clearly marked pickup trucks tailgated and generally drove unsafe a couple hours north of Phoenix on 1/3/16.

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
