If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. Gorman roofing company is a inconsiderate company that leaves their company trucks parked in apt space parking that is meant for residents and not ment for big box trucks. They take up 10 parking spots all day.

As well they leave their hazardous roofing chemicals out for anyone to get into. When they should be stored safely and correctly.

We hired Priority to remove and replace the roofs on our 11 townhouses in our HOA due to wind damage, they are very professional and knowledgeable. They schedule and take care of everything, including solar removal and reinstalling it. Richard & Gloricela are the owners of Priority and they make sure everything is done correctly and everybody is completely satisfied.

i had Jimmy from circle g work on my flat roof. they did foam over my garage area and did repairs and sealed the rest of the roof. we have had issues with the roof over the last three years. they come out and work on it without question. i recently needed a description of what they did on the last visit in writing. they refused to do this because it was considered out of warranty. i don't understand why it would be a problem to put free repair but out of warranty with a description of what they did. this seems a bit shady. guess i will never know.

Horrible do not call you back my fiance Christian Beltran Alvarez got hurt and they just forgot about him did nothing for him after they promised to help him. Anyways he still has your yoyo but you guys never want to answer him I do not recommend this company at all horrible management.
