Ky-Ko roofing responded immediately to our request for an evaluation and estimate for repair to our roof. Three days earlier, we had called another company recommended by our builder who originally installed our roof, but after two days of getting sent to a voicemail for their scheduler and a promise they would get back to us but never did, we called Ky-Ko. Bruce came out the next day for a first look and finding nothing obvious, he asked if he could send out a tech to do a water test. Oscar came out 2 days later and did a water test, found the problem, took pictures, and was able to get us resolution immediately, We were very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of both gentlemen and their timely response. Thank you.

Banging on my roof at 6:30 a.m. when asked to stop it was bosses orders, talked to boss and he says they won’t be up there till 7:30 a.m. tomarrow. I talk to my landlord he informs me that they weren’t even supposed to be up there till 730.. then after the landlord tells them to get down the work has the nerve to say there’s your hr.. I told his messican ass yo run my hands for talking stupid. mike was just unprofessional, regardless of circumstances.

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

These guys were great! Great job and great cleanup. They even went through all the bushes looking for parts of old shingles. Alan, the owner went way out of his way and replaced an indoor plastic light cover AND bought 4 new LED florescent lights and installed them. He also cleaned out all the caked mud in the gutters!
