Best Custom Home Construction in Phoenix AZ

My 66 year old Central Phoenix house badly needed a roof. I shopped around and received quotes from several of the most highly rated companies. I decided to go with TSM and was not disappointed. They were extremely friendly, very professional, prompt, had excellent pricing and I am 100% satisfied with their work. I highly recommend choosing this company.

We are very impressed with Lyons Roofing. The are professional and thorough, from the inspection to the service performed . Floyd and his crew were courteous, professional and completed our complex roofing on time and did a great job ! I highly recommend this company.

They never answered their phone or called me back ?

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

They don't repair all roofs as advertised

Home Show Scam?
Saw their display at the Home Show at the Cardinals Stadium earlier this year. I set up an appointment for a renovation consult/estimate. Ray came to the house and seemed overwhelmingly disappointed at me not wanting to spend less than $10k on a project. To prove that, he didn't take but 2 measurements and after several months he never contacted us again. I'm glad I didn't go with them because other contractors didn't have anything good to say about the owner.. too many negatives to list. Disaster averted!

Our roof was so old and damaged they had to rebuild it. We love the quality of work. Not only did they do our roof they tore down and rebuilt out front patio. Love every bit of it. Alan and his crew performed minor roof repair to our home quickly, and was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. We organized the day before to come out for a free estimate and he ended up performing the work on the same day. They even took photos of the work, which is fantastic as the roof is not an easy place to navigate. Alan is on speed dial for our roofing needs, highly recommended.

We had our entire roof removed and replaced. The CVW team was accommodating, professional, and on time. We had a few quotes and CVW had the best options and by far the best presentation when the insurance adjustor came out to our house. Their team was there everyday on time with no problems. We are happy with their great work and would highly recommend them.

Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price. Mike the estimator spent time to explain the process and followed up with me to help us get the roof installation set up and completed.
