In 2015. We were referred by our realtor and had negotiated a new flat roof, to be credited by our home's sellers as part of the sale/purchase of our home (detrimental reliance). Not only did Mikku & Sons not honor their own price (with our making no alterations or change to the scope of the job they quoted or to the time line for the actual work; and the contract had no open terms), they immediately raisied the price after our contract closed, costing us additional money. The quality of the roof work was far below any acceptable expectation. Our roof has had multiple problems since. Leaking just being an obvious issue. Ponding water, poorly sprayed foam- inadequate coverage in many areas and completely covering conduit and gas lines that shouldn't have been foamed...
I could go on.
We were contracted for a 5 year warranty but after their multiple failures to respond to requests for or honor warranty work, let alone the lack of maintenance of any kind, we terminated our relationship with them, before the end of the warranty term. That term would otherwise still be valid as of this review, Sept, '19.
I consulted with multiple roofing companies and I won't print what the professional assessment of our roof was. But multiple other companies documented the roof with photos and offers to support further action if we chose. Suffice it to say I am grateful to be done with this business and am in the midst of a complete tear off and redo by one of the most competent, well regarded roofing companies in the Valley.
Mikku & Sons failed us and disappointed us in EVERY professional way possible. They win my personal award for the worst professional/home contractor business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Lenin and Alfonso were kind, prompt, and the work completed was thorough and affordable! Will use Castile roofing for any future repairs.

My roof leaked in the strangest spot, Will came out and gave an very fair est. for the repair, it did end up being slightly more but only because the repair ended up being larger. But it needed to be done because the previous owners roof replacement was done wrong and cut corners and obviously ran off the with claim money. They inspected the rest of the roof and at this time everything seems good, Will and his team made it right. They scheduled me in during the busiest week ever and were on time, clean, friendly and got the job done efficiently and quickly. They are a trusted team not only from what I experienced, but lol the neighbor grandma gave them lunch that day. I just found that out. I highly recommend Patterson Roofing, they are in my address book for when I need a new roof. I fully support locally family owned businesses, they are my first go to for everything.

It's been a long time since I've dealt with a company with strong customer service values, but you'll find it with Hardacker Roofing. From getting the quote, to follow ups, picking the color of roofing, getting the job done and quality checks, this has to have been the BEST experience I've had with a major renovation. We have had a leak in our roof since we closed on our home in March, 2019. It has taken them SIX times to “repair” our roof and it is STILL NOT fixed! Our home is a new build and every home on our street have had issues with leaks. One even had their ceiling cave in! Unacceptable. They toss the ball of blame around and seem to never know what they are at my home to fix. It’s the same leak as last time people....communicate! One visit, the girl at their home office argued with me saying that my home was not on their calendar and that no one was even supposed to be at my home. Well, they came and left a CRACK in my ceiling and just left it that way after I pointed it out to them! They then left my roof exposed after I asked that they re tarp it after they said they “couldn’t find where it was leaking from.” I never write reviews and we have been more than patient. Consumer be cautious as you’re doing your research.

Had to reschedule the consultation walk-through. Very happy Tim accommodated to do it the following day. Durafoam is competent, reliable and has outstanding work ethic. Post-foam layout was beyond my expectation - very clean and sharp lines with no over spray to off-limit areas.

They never follow through or return calls

My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great Company Fast turn around time excellant workmanship. The salesman was thorough and the install crew was quick and professional they didnt disrupt my schedule and they cleaned up after they were done. From the time i placed the call to the time i had a fixed and repaired roof was 2 weeks that is fantastic i will use them again.

We had our roof completely replaced by Roof Rescue, Alan and his crew did a great job on our 2 story shingled roof. Done in 3 days and all cleaned up like nothing happened. I chose Alan because of his good communication with me, and answering all of my questions.

Very professional and great to work with. The whole process from beginning to end was easy and everyone was very professional. An awesome product at a great price. I am very pleased with the outcome of the work Erie did on my home. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I highly recommend The Roof Medics. I use them for my business and also my personal residence. We recently had all of the roofing paper replaced, along with some of the plywood, on our 25 year old roof and they did a great job. The crews were professional, prompt and clean.
