We called TSM Roofing to come and give us aestimaten of replacing the underlayment of our tiled roof. They came out gave us an estimate, the quality of material was very good, they also gave us a date it could be done. The day they were supposed to start they were punctual and the;y completed the job in 3 days. They cleaned up the place and the next day you could not tell they had been there it was very clean. We are very happy with them.

Amazing! Had trouble with other companies so I had America Roofing come out. Fast, professional and got everything taken care of.

I hired this company on their ratings. I live in another state, my son lives in the house I had roofed. The company gave me a bid and stuck with it even after running into an area my father who is not a carpenter, added on! I was expecting an increase in the bill!! But it never happened!! We looked at numerous other companies to replace our aging roof and repair some failing structural beams. Four Peaks was price was in line with other companies but their responsiveness and professionalism was well above any other company we spoke with. Jason was extremely responsive and courteous and followed up on each request immediately. They were able to get started very quickly and their crew worked diligently to complete ethe repair & replacement. Some additional roof damage was found and Jeff clearly explained what was needed and had his team come in on Sunday to keep the project on schedule. Jason and Jeff both checked in throughout the project and once it was completed, Jason came back and walked the roof with us to show exactly what had been done and ensure that the quality was up to standard. During the project, we had neighbors ask who we were working with as they were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Four Peaks. They were easy to work with and the end result looks amazing. As an aside, a huge rainstorm came in the day after completion and no issues were revealed. Very happy with Four Peaks.

We had Jeff and co resurface our flat roof and cannot be happier with the results. I was a little concerned because we had just painted and have black trim...eek, who knew but Jeff had a wonderful man, Terry, on the job who managed to coat the roof without incident. The work was immaculate and completed quickly! We will definitely use Northgroup when it’s time to resurface next time!

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

Uses scare tactics, provides fraudulent information, and overall terrible customer service!

After multiple reschedules and a no-show, a worker came to my home unannounced, violating their own contract. The worker did not say a word to me when he arrived and just suddenly left in the afternoon. I have no idea what work was done and there was no further contact until I received an invoice days later. After multiple failed attempts of requesting documentation and an explanation of the work done, I finally requested someone come over with me present to document what was done. I later found out that owner Jack Ruffino had already been over the day prior to photograph, without my permission, and therefore trespassing on my property.

After reviewing the photographs, they didn't even cover the full scope of work. After various emails and a phone call from Mr. Ruffino, we finally had an appointment for him to be at the property on walk through what work was done, document it, and for us to attempt to settle the dispute. Mr. Ruffino did not show and did not attempt to contact me in any way.

I emailed them again to express my dissatisfaction and to remind them that I would not be available the rest of the afternoon due to work obligations. They claimed Mr. Ruffino had lost track of time with a client and was on his way, but at this point our scheduled time had passed and I had other work obligations. Mr. Ruffino responded that he was tired of playing games and that he would be placing lien on my property and sending me to collections, even though he was the one who had no-showed our appointment.

I offered to resolve the issue multiple times if they would compromise on the final price, since there was no evidence of what work was performed and the service had been terrible - each attempt was ignored.

A few days later, I received a FRAUDULENT AZ Preliminary Twenty Day Lien Notice for the full amount, even though the work had been performed more than 20 days prior..Mr. Ruffino even admitted to the time frame of the job in an email he sent.

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

I hired centrik roofing because I had a leak and they came out almost right away. Agusto was the kindest and explained everything very well to me. Their prices were the best too! My roof has not needed anything else since then. Best roofing company I’ve dealt with! I ONLY recommend centrik when anyone I know needs a roofer.

Daryl and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They show up on time, have the best pricing and and time I have a question Daryl is available to answer. I have referred him to many people over the past year and I always get the same statement thank you so much for introducing us to Daryl. He is great!

Called and spoke to Martin when I found a leak today, He was courteous and professional. Came out same day and put a tarp over the leak. Next step waiting to hear back from my insurance company.

Update - Martin went Mia, said he would show up never did, I called another company to cover a second leak. He called the next day said he was really busy. That’s what a phone is for, said he would send an estimate and never did - that was a month ago?? Don’t waste your time
