I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

Not what I hoped for. I got a notice that if the balance wasn't paid within 10 days a lien would be place on my house and I had 10 days to dispute discrepancies, they hadn't even began my roof. After waiting for a date for my project for 5wks I requested my deposit back. They found time for my roof, they left after 2 days with my roof incomplete, of course it rained then so I had to cover my roof. A week later they called me and they didn't realize my roof wasn't done. They came back and finished. They didn't replace the 10 sheets of plywood I signed for. They left trash around my house and a cigarette butt on my roof, some fasteners were left exposed. I didn't get a final walk through or anything when they were done. They didn't recognize a $5k payment until I pointed it out. They made everything right in the end but I had to supervise them at each turn. I tried hard to like them. Communication and professionalism were not present through my experience.

Josh and his crew were amazing! Josh is super accommodating and polite..a real gentleman. Josh went over and above what we needed to replace our roof. His crew did some minor damage to a gutter…Josh replaced everything! They even painted the roof vents to match the new shingles..I didn’t ask for that and never expected it. recently contracted with Express Roofing to replace my roof in Cave Creek. I needed the roof replace to meet my contractual agreement in order to sell my home. The company did an outstanding job and on so many levels; let me explain. When I initially called Express Roofing I spoke with Jenna, who is the owner’s daughter. The company is family owned and takes extreme pride in the work that they do. Jenna was courteous, friendly but more importantly extremely efficient and helped me through the process from beginning to end. There was never a time that I called and could not get Jenna to answer, call back, or act immediately on my concern. It is so refreshing and so helpful when you have people like Jenna to work with. You simply feel like you dealing with real people, who care about your job, and not just “shouting into the wind.”
The initial analysis for my roof was done by Jeremy, the son of the owner. He came to my house and did estimate for my roof and gave me a fair price bid (It was quite in line with other bid I had gotten to date). I asked him however to go out to the house a second time and do a video for me of the roof itself because I was a little circumspect about the extent of repair needed. Jeremy traveled 40 minutes to get to my home a second time and took that video. He was extremely helpful in explaining to me what was needed and what was not. In addition, I needed to press the company to get the job done in a few days and all during the intense heat (116°) of Arizona. It is so difficult for a crew to work in this heat especially on into the afternoon but that’s what I needed to meet my stringent time frame. This is exactly what they did, I was amazed. Roofer today usually work until one in Arizona because of the intense mid-day heat. They carried on until 3pm and one day until 5pm just to accommodate my need to get the job done. The work that they did was over and above my expectation. They not only did a great job but in so many other ways, like providing 150 extra tiles, at no cost to me. Using the finest quality products their foreman, whose name was Norman and a 13-year roofing veteran, got the job done in time for me. This proved to be crucial to my effort to sell my home. In the end I needed additional help from the owner of Express Roofing, Rene. They had done an excellent job for me and they did it in the time frame that I needed it done however the new homebuyers had some critical questions that needed to be answered by a roofing expert. The entire sale of the home may have been jeopardized if I could not provide my buyers the answers they were looking for. Rene canceled all his appointments for the day to come out and see my new buyers. He spoke to them in extremely professional manner and assuage any fears that they had about the Home and the roofing job that was recently completed. From start to finish there is no better roofing company in the valley if you’re looking for someone to replace or repair your roof .
