From the very beginning TSM was friendly, informative and attentive to my wishes. They were patient waiting for a previous building inspection to be finished and then promptly set a date for roof installation. On the day of installation a crew of 13 people arrived on time and covered the ground around the house to protect plants and patio. My wife and I left for an appointment at 8:30 and when we returned at 11:30am we were amazed that the entire house was reroofed. I'm amazed that they did such a great job in less than 6 hours. I would definitely recommend them. We are very pleased with their work...at a great price.

Nothing but great things to say about Phoenix R&R. Jack was always responsive and engaged with our project, even though it was probably one of the smaller projects he was managing. We felt like we were his only clients! He was flexible with our timelines and availability, and was responsive when we called, e-mailed or texted him. I can't remember a time he didn't respond to one of our messages on the same day. He never tried to over-sell us, or up-sell us on products or services. We told him what we wanted done, he gave us advice on what things that we could probably do on our own (to save money), I'm not sure all contractors would do that. Reliable, available and holds his sub-contractors to high standards. He was at our house checking on progress regularly. We can't wait for the next project he can do for us!

Always quick to return my calls, texts and emails. A pleasure to work with. Tracked down and repaired a leak in a newer roof, done by a different company. The combination of ALLROOFS and GAF can't be beat. As a Master Elite Roofer ALLROOFS applied the highest standards to my GoldenPledge Roof; no detail was overlooked and I had the additional benefit of having the manufacturer (GAF) warrant my roof. GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.
