Allstate Roofing recently did an excellent job replacing the roof underlayment of our 2800 square foot single story house in Sun City West. Cost was competitive with two other highly regarded companies. We chose Allstate based on their experience and great reviews. Brad was our foreman and did an outstanding job from start to finish, especially communicating what the job involved, progress reports, and follow-up information, including before and after pictures. The crew was exceptionally hard-working, professional, prompt, and thorough. We are very pleased with the job, especially following the recent rain, and highly recommend this company.

My 27 year old tile roof was in need of some attention. The underlayment was curling and brittle, some of the tile was broken and also had rotten plywood at the edges of my patio cover indicating rain was getting through. I had the top three valley roofers come out to give me an estimate and was impressed when Brown's owner, Craig showed up instead of sending a sales guy like the others. Craig is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions, and gave me the best estimate of the three. His incredible crew showed up at 6:00am, worked two long hot days and left my property clean and clear of all nails when the job was done. Craig made a final stop to check the site and ensure I was pleased with the results. I'm so happy I went with Brown Roofing and I will definitely be referring them to my family and friends!

We got our roof underlay replaced last year (2018). We had a few issues with leaking in a couple spots and they had to come back several times for repairs. They were stubborn leaks, but in the end it got resolved. Overall, I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.
