Best Air Conditioning Leaks in Phoenix AZ

Being as I’m a resident of a current complex they are repairing and I am hearing more of the noise on because I am on the second floor, these are my complaints.

They are blatantly dropping heaving items multiple times. I understand repairs but are you trying to add more things to be repaired in what you are dropping not to mention just because you are repairing the roof does not mean that you need to go out of your way to drop items all over and by a tenants window. Not only am I and probably several others working from home right now but this is uncalled for. I have family who works in construction and who even agree from the videos I have sent them. I mean dropping and being so darn loud I have had pictures fall from the wall. If the tenants are informed you will be on the roof at 8 am then why are you on the roof at 6:45 am???

These people take advantage of veterans! They lied! They try to take all your money that an insurance company gives you to fix things after hail damage! They promised to take care of everything and don't do anything but threaten to take out a lean on ur house! Come in to ur house start ripping things apart and use scare tactics on u so they can rip u off!! They charge you for things other roofing companies do for free! Like putting plastic on your house to protect it and they don't even cover your whole roof. 2 days later it blows off your roof and they never come back to fix it but yet want $3,000. And then they tell you a new roof would cost you $15,000 and they charge you $21,000. Don't use this company just a big rip off!!!!!!!!!

Easy to work with, good communication, nice timely work

Recently purchased a new home and replacing the roof seemed like a daunting task, but it was at the top of our list. Ammon was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and was very detailed when addressing our questions or concerns. Our roof looks amazing. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job and their cleanup was perfect. They are fast and hard-working! I would recommend them and use them for future roofing needs. Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. He's a man of his word in his prices are good. I recommended him to two other neighbors. Thanks Charlie you're the best.
