Edwin and his crew are top-notch. Our 25 year old tile roof underlayment needed to be replaced as well as our 35 ft rolled patio roof. They were here for 4 days and did an exceptional job from start to finish. They repaired my patio roof leak and replaced the facia boards, installed new underlayment and 3-rib valleys on the main roof, new bird-stop, replaced broken tiles and painted all areas to match. Communication and customer service are great. Solid job!

I had a no-hassle experience with JB&SR after the hail storm a few summers ago. Even when so many people were dealing with the aftermath of the storm, my roof was replaced quickly and the work was well done. There were spots of the roof's structure (of my house built in 1948) that were rotted and needed to be replaced; they pointed these spots out to me, and offered to fix them, without any pressure. It felt like someone looking out for me, and ensuring the job was done right, rather than simply an 'up-sale'. I was glad that they pointed it out to me, and glad I had them do those repairs. All in all, I was perfectly satisfied with the work, the price, and I will use them again next time I need it.

Ray and his crew did our roof two years ago. I regret waiting so long to write a well-deserved review. We had a few estimates at the time, but Ray was the only one who just gave me a price (which was very fair) with no fuss or hidden fees, etc. I even found a house painter through him and just this month I reached out to him via email and asked him if he knew of a good air conditioning company. He's just an honest, reliable person, and super responsive. You'll get zero runaround with him and excellent work. Save yourself a lot of headache and just have him do your roof!

Before we had this work done, I knew nothing about how to recognize a very high quality roof. After Alan with Arizona Roof Rescue finished, I am amazed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Beautifully done, no cutting of corners--2 of my neighbors came over and commented on the professionalism and precision. We received multiple estimates, including 2 of the largest companies and hired ARR based on Alan's knowledge and promptness in arriving for his appointment.His bid was significantly lower than some companies, perhaps a little higher than another. Alan and his crew arrived on time every day. Work was begun early morning and continued for 10-12 hours most days during the hottest month of the summer.
