They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.

What an outstanding company to work with! We needed our roof to be cleaned off and a few repairs done without spending a fortune. Re-Vamp Roofing was out the next morning to give us an estimate. They were on time, honest, knowledgeable, extremely professional, and priced really well. In fact my husband and I were very impressed when Ruben was talking to us about the things to repair and yet again when he sent an estimate over. Something that we thought would be over our budget actually fell below our budget. We were able to schedule our service for the same week. They once again were on time and did a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again in the future!!

We had damage to a roof vent due to recent high winds. It has been very difficult to get anyone out to repair it since it is such a small job. Curtis-C came through and got it done.

I needed a roof for my new patio, 24x14 feet. After a long researching process for a good and affordable roofing company, I was like I cannot do this, I'm done. One company asked me crazy money, another one was impossible to set an appointment.
One night I was surfing the web totally discouraged and I visited the Apple Roofing website. I thought let me have a quotation, let's try these guys.
The morning after, Jake Ryan, their representative, called me and in a really professional and friendly manner (I'm Italian, I had to ask him to speak slowly and clearly!) talked to me about Apple Roofing. In 5 minutes, he sent me the quote, half the price of the other competitors, the day after he came over to my house to see the job and guess what, he confirmed the price he told me before + 10 yrs warranty.
I immediately signed the contract, left the down-payment and in less than 2 weeks (they needed to match the color of the roof) Apple Roofing came to my house and did the job in 3 or 4 hours maybe.
Their guy Jake then came to inspect the job and personally took care of fixing a very little imperfection. On the other hand, that's why they do the final inspection!
So guys, in this nowadays jungle where everyone tries to take advantage of you, you can rely on Apple Roofing and their representative Jake Ryan.

Sam was great! From the first day I called for a inspection (which they came out for same day) to final installation, everyone went smoothly. Sam was always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated on everything. He even came out one evening(in the rain!) after the tarp blew off my roof! Above and beyond service!

Absolutely horrible experience. Rude and strung out workers, doing a sloppy job and leaving a huge mess behind. Do not use this company.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
