This company takes advantage of the new first time home buyer and those that do not understand the roofing business. They will always side with the insurance company. Everyone please get second opinions. $225 just to inspect your roof. Bill Crook is a definite crook.

Came assessed what caused the leak fixed it and guaranteed the work! Very friendly and professional. He got the job done!

Best decision I made going with Phoenix. Will for sure go back and do more business with them in the future. Ask for Alex!

Scott helped me get my roof replaced. Him and his company battled with my insurance company to get it done right.

Highly recommend. Needed to get bids for my house and Russ at Gryphon was the only one who was able to give me a straight answer. They got the job done in the time frame that was needed. I enjoyed working with them AND... they clean up after themselves! Excellent!

I highly recommend SDC Roofing. They completed the job on time and on budget. They left the job site spotless every day and their workers were courteous, polite and friendly. Our new roof looks great!

This guy should be locked up - repaired the roof of the home i am in for the previous owner. failed to put in a double sheath - he told the owner it had a double sheath. We bought the home -and it rained in Oct for a few days., water leaked into the home the exact placec that he said he did the repair.. Mark Dunn estimate to repair his mistake was for $5000. He would not fix what he messed up for less.
I found my old roofer in Scottsdale and he did nit for $550.

Here's another 5 star rating for Phoenix Roofing & Remodel. Shelby came right out the morning after I called them, thoroughly answered every question and, when I went up there on the roof with her, took me through every issue. She'd been on the insurance side previously, so she'd seen a lot of roofs and was really good at educating me. She also showed me samples of shingles and the underlayment material, gave me a brochure of colors and links to photos of houses with the different shingles colors. Throughout the process she sent written updates, she always got right back to me, was thorough and detailed, and also, was lovely to deal with. Carlos, the construction boss, was also amazing. Took me through the process again, let me know when things would arrive (dumpster, shingles, crew, etc) and coordinated everything beautifully. He also came out several times to explain things, review things and give his final approval. His team, headed by Rene, went above and beyond. It was a challenging roof, but Rene had 20 years of experience, and anticipated problems. We had to replace one fairly large section of plywood. They took lots of photos for insurance, Shelby and I got approvals, and Rene did an absolutely beautiful job. The crew cleaned up every day, were so nice to be around, and were committed to doing excellent work. Did I mention it was 107 for the days they were here? The whole experience was fantastic and hassle-free from beginning to end. I can't say enough about the integrity, honestly and quality work done by Phoenix Roofing and Remodel. I agree with the other reviewers who said they are the best in the Valley. They are.

I am so happy with the services I received from this company. Randall is a very honest man and is very attentive to what I was needing for my home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but this company.

Ronald came out to check my roof cause of a leak. Found out it was the elbow on my air conditioner. Wrote out all instructions for the air tech. Quoted me a reasonable price for foam roof. Said I didn't really need it now. Wished me a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. Very nice and up front!

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.
