Best Metal Roofs Flat in Phoenix AZ

Sloppy contractor. Did work on unit next to me (hired by HOA) & oversprayed orange foam roof spray onto my unit party wall, plus some on my NEW roof AC unit. Damage to my unit & never repaired!! Renco caused this & I am horrified they have not corrected their overspray.

Ky-Ko puts on a good roof, workers are polite, and Owner's son is very polite and knowlegeable. I found their office to be a bit disorganized, and just an FYI, they automatically place everyone on a Preliminary Lien Service notice, which was an unpleasant surprise to us, since we were not disputing our bill, but apparently their protocol. If it weren't for that and the lack of warning of such notice, and the somewhat chaotic office staff, I would have given them a 5 star review. Be proactive and don't wait for them to get in touch - they'll send you the preliminary lien service document to file a lien on your property before you even get a final bill. I don't agree with this protocol personally.

This was my first time having to repair my homes roof and Stonecreek made the process so easy! They were always available to help and answer questions and had my new roof within a couple of days. Definitely recommend them!

I had a very small project that I could not do myself. Jack Core is the best!! He is great to communicate with, honest, reliable, particular about the work he does and very, very fair in terms of cost. If you are looking for someone to do roofing or remodeling, I could not think of anyone who would be better.

From the first call to the finish I was completely happy with the service and work done. The ease of getting the quote, picking the shingles and setting the work dates was awesome. Would definitely refer to friends and family as will as use again on other properties when needed.

I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

We had Geo come to fix our roof after a big wind storm and they came out quick, got it fixed and was a reasonable price. Now a year and a half later we needed a tile shifted back cause of a home inspection for the sale of our home and Mike came out and fixed it for us no charge. Great company!

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. Great crew, I'm a truck driver and everytime I go here to get loaded they are on the ball. As soon as I arrive I back in and they already have the product waiting on the forklift to be loaded. I'm generally in and out of the yard under 1.5 hours including arriving, loading and strapping.

The owner came and inspected our roof after having a home inspection for the sale of our home. We needed someone to come quickly as we had a closing date approaching and he came out, gave me all the information of what needed to be fixed and came back in two days to complete the work. He was quick, fair and was very thorough in his work. We will definitely be using this company for any roofing need in the future. It was a pleasure working with them.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

Thank you Centrik Roofing. Finally, I found a roofing company that has high standards, excellent quality work, and fair prices. We obtained bids from several companies to re-felt our tile roof. Centrik was on the lower end for price, but their work was definitely high end. Centrik is family owned and operated. Henry Monzon and his sons Agusto and Henry were all great to work with. They made my husband John and I feel like we were family! Agusto always answered calls or returned them within minutes. He provided us with a detailed estimate with an overhead view of our roof. They did not nickel and dime us and included everything we might need as part of the price. We needed some rotted decking, roofing tiles and trim replaced. They used a high quality rubberized MB felt as well. They arrived on time, completed all work as promised, and finished in 2 days. They were careful to clean up each day, even using their blowers to clean our furniture, which needed cleaning already from leaves and debris. They carefully looked for nails, trash, etc. Although I know it is almost impossible to find everything. Lastly, they have good hearts and care about their work and the clients they work for! The roof and trim look spectacular! I highly recommend them!

I was driving on E. Southern Ave. And Ellsworth when one of your drivers was heading into the turn lane with no turn signal. If I didn't break hard he would have just hit me and pushed me into the curb. As we reached the turn onto Ellsworth he still did not have his turn signal on as he continued on his way. Please talk to your employees on safety while driving on the road.

Sub Contractors Beware, this company does not pay as agreed! I have called and talked to Rob the owner 3x and he always says he will look into it and call back but guess what.... he never calls back so if you do not want to get stiffed on your work, run from Roofing Southwest and Rob.
