Best Membrane Roof in Phoenix AZ

Sloppy contractor. Did work on unit next to me (hired by HOA) & oversprayed orange foam roof spray onto my unit party wall, plus some on my NEW roof AC unit. Damage to my unit & never repaired!! Renco caused this & I am horrified they have not corrected their overspray.

Jerry was great during the quote process, but i can't say enough about Sarah, the project manager, so terrific and caring, she's a real gem. Kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, she guided us through a very difficult roofing project with steep pitches, 6 dormers, 3 fireplaces, numerous valleys, many vents and specialty appointments, and a large flat roof as well. Their crew treated our home with respect and thoroughly cleaned up daily. We couldn't be happier!

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

Buying a new home. The inspection gave me a vague about the roof. I found this roofer from Google local places. I called. He went out the next day to do an inspection.. a 2nd independent inspection. He advised me my roof IS in good shape. Just great service. Very fast. Didn't try to take advantage of me (I wouldn't know a good roof from a bad!). Nice to know an honest roofer is out there. These guys are awesome. We had a leaking roof that needed to be repaired ASAP. I’m glad SunShield Roofing LLC was able to rise to the occasion and had the leaks fixed and a new roof installed in less than 2 weeks. We called Alfredo on a weekend and he was out on Monday to give us a quote. They completed the project in a timely manner and were transparent in the cost and stages of having our roof repaired. These guys are lifesavers!

Happy Anniversary to Starkweather Roofing! 20 years ago today on 3/7/1997, we were awarded our first job - an asphalt built-up roof on a Boston Market located at the southwest corner of S. Alma School Rd. and W. Main St. in Mesa, AZ. It's now a Burger King, but that roof is still on the building keeping the inside dry... so they can enjoy the rain.

This roofing company was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. As a matter of fact they'll be the only company I use in the future.

This company put my roof on the back half of my house because there was leak that soaked my main bath's ceiling. The job looked very good and upon further inspection I notice that I could see all the nails that were used in the eaves around my roof. I called and they sent out a rep to fix it. Well the first rain after my roof leaked in a different location and created large brown spot in my master room. I called them and they came out and patched what they thought might have caused it. Never did they enter my attic to see if they could see where it leaked. So I called and asked who would be correcting the damage in the master bedroom ceiling, Steve acted like it wasn't a big deal that his company's work caused this and seemed to think I should be fixing it and then agreed to have someone come out. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. Customer service for this company stinks and I recommend trying someone else!

Yep I also learned the hard way this company scams subs... I lost 4K working with these dirt bags.... I am going to file an ROC complaint on this company.

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
