I was contacted by Brian at Gravity electric in response to my inquiry to the Kohler website about installing a Kohler generator. With the price tag for such a service a bit out of my budget, Brian suggested I could purchase a DuroMax generator and his team could install at a more reasonable cost. In reliance upon this representation, I bought the generator, had it delivered to my home and advised Brian I was ready to proceed. He inquired of my address and thereafter ceased communication, despite multiple efforts to contact him. Not very professional. Consequently, I would advise any prospective customers to steer clear of Gravity Electric. There is no shortage of generator installers in the DFW area, many of whom are eager to serve their customers.

This company is one of the few certified Generac generator service providers in our area. They provided a tune up and replaced battery and spark plugs, etc. They quoted a flat fee for a tune up and everything was included. I was pleased with the service and the expertise of the service man, and the fee.

Chris Marshall came to provide maintenance service on my plumbing throughout my home. Chris and another gentleman were both polite and respectful. They gave me a run down of everything they’d plan to service before doing it. When complete, they sat me down and Chris explained everything he serviced. He broke down the prices and provided a list of issues, based on a combination of, order of importance and things that were important to me. I actually really appreciate that because it showed he listen to my concerns, but also provided me what was necessary. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciated his thorough explanation.

I only gave one star because I had to. TOOK MD OFF TRAINING AND EXPECTED ME TO UNDERSTAND THE JOB. SUPERVISOR WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE TO TRAIN ME EVEN AFTER THEY CUT TRAINING DUE TO THE WEATHER. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RESUME TRAINING THE NEXT FOLLOWING WEEK BUT THEY NEVER DID.

An appointment was scheduled for Monday (06/01/2020), they could have arrived anytime between 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.. Not one person showed up nor called to rescheduled. I will take my business to someone with some sense of customer service.
