Scott was amazing. So thorough. He shared that Milestone is a family-owned business (which is really wonderful). He reviewed the service plans that Milestone offers and the charities Milestone supports. He gave me a fair price for the work I needed done. I'm very happy with the company and trust them.
The tech gave me a time frame of 8 to noon.. for the first time , he showed up right at 8 , no waiting around all day waiting for them to show up. From the time that he arrived here until he left my driveway 100% professionalism . Complete respect all the way around. Once he finished , he explained everything he seen and done as well as a few recommendations without being overbearing. At the completion of the job , like any other company he had a few maintenance packages that they offer but even then he didn’t overwhelm me nor was he pushy.. very pleasant . Although they may be a little bit on the pricey side this is one of those time that you get what you pay for .. Dustin is an excellent service tech and also an outstanding representative for the company.
Thank you to Zane Larmen & Jordan who came out today to work on my HVAC system. They did a wonderful job cleaning and making sure everything was working properly. They answered all my questions as well. My husband and I are new home owners, very grateful we found Milestone to help with all our home upkeep needs. Definitely will continue to use Milestone, they have the most professional, kind and knowledgeable people working for them like Zane & Jordan!

Corey Walker installed a great new water filtration unit to my facet that in place of the one previously installed by another plumber at Milestone which was designed for an outside refrigerator. He installed the drinking water spout that I had originally ordered at no cost to me.He helped me avoid going through lots of red tape to get this issue resolved correctly.Corey arrived on time and had the work done very professionally.He is an asset to your company. He is the experienced and extremely knowledgeable in his field.I will always ask for him if I need any further help with plumbing. A genuinely good person.I highly recommend him.
I was looking for an electrician to repair a fluorescent light fixture in my garage that would not turn on. I searched and found Milestone. From the initial call to Scott Clark’s repair the service was excellent. I now have a bright sunny garage. Scott also took the time to discuss some other concerns of mine. My house is older. I have used Milestone for years and I am still a very happy customer. It is people like Zachary Zajdl who make the company a great one. I had Milestone out today to do AC duct and plenum sanitizing and cleaning. At my last AC/Heat checkup, mold was found in the plenum. The manager came out prior to today to go over my options and was very honest with me. Due to the age of my house and how the duct work is run, changing out the plenum would have meant cutting into drywall. He told me the ductwork and plenum looked in good shape, so they could rectify the issue with cleaning and sanitizing and installing a UV light. Zachary and his helper arrived on time and got the work done in a little over 3 hours. They made sure everything was covered in plastic prior to beginning the cleaning and the whole house was clean when they left. They were helpful and patient as I watched over their shoulders from time to time. :). Thank you for a job well done.

Eric Martinez and the installers were awesome! They kept our home clean during the install process. Eric, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of did a great job selling the value and guarantee of a worry-free experience should something happen to the A/C. While not the cheapest option we looked into, I felt Milestone offered the best value and total cost of ownership. The security they offer and customer service gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Milestone if you need a new A/C System installed.

I would highly encourage anyone and everyone to call Mile Stone plumbing for all their needs. I called Milestone yesterday to inquire about fixing a leaking toilet that caused damage to my ceiling. I spoke with Dylan and he was able to assign a plumber to my home . Dylan had great customer skills and was pleasant to talk to . Milestone called me 45 minutes prior to the technician coming to my home . Matt was the plumber and he assessed the damages . Matt was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job with fixing my problem. Matt was awesome . Matt fixed the plumbing issue quickly and was able to assign someone to come fix the small hole in the ceiling. I enjoyed the professional and the attention to detail. This is truly the best experience I’ve encountered in a long time when it comes to plumbing.

Had a storm take out my power line feeding the house. Called Milestone and they were “Johnny-on-the-spot!” An electrician came out and assessed the situation, had all the answers for my home owners insurance adjuster and got them to pay almost INSTANTLY! They upgraded my electric service, installed smoke and Co2 detectors, brought EVERYTHING up to code and were in and out inside of 8 hours. These guys are THEE BEST!!! Highly recommended! They will take care of you! And really do fix it in a flash!!!

Today we had a RM1 germicidal light installed into our H/VAC system. Fabian, our technician, took the time to answer all of my family’s questions and concerns. We appreciated his insight and professionalism. He made sure to be super respectful of my property by laying down all tarps and boots to protect the flooring while transporting tools and supplies. I appreciated he and his manager honoring a discount card and a previous payment agreement. Everything was on the up and up and I highly recommend Milestone for your H/VAC needs.

This company has the attitude that the consumer comes first. my technician Mario was absolutely wonderful, and even with the problem being a city issue, they fully documented it so I can have it resolved. The level of customer service he display was amazing and the company is blessed to have him. The amazing part about this company is that when it really came down to it the price Did not outweigh their willingness to solve my issue. His supervisor was just is kind and personable as he was so thank you guys I will be referring people to you all so I will be using your services again great job.

Great service. Adam specifically has worked on multiple projects at my house. Good quality of work. Slightly more expensive than other plumbers but well worth it knowing the work was done right and has a good warranty. On time for every call and work was done quickly. Will use again for any plumbing needs.
I had a limited time frame for them to get the work done and very kindly they worked with me to make it happen. Thomas Sparks was my technician. He is pet friendly, quiet and efficient. We had several outlets no longer working. We used Milestone electric and our service tech Dan Lynn did an excellent job. He was efficient, professional, and courteous.We also had service tech Brian Mount come out and give an estimate on several options for how to get hot water to our Master bathroom faster. Brian was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining our options. He was courteous and enjoyable to talk with.Milestone Electric was stellar when it came to communication. When I called, someone professional and knowledgeable answered the phone and answered my questions. When it came to arrival times, we got both a phone call and text reminders as well as a phone call and text alerts that the tech was 20-30 away, which was was very helpful.We would use Milestone again for future needs without hesitation.

Great Customer Service. On time and responsive. Gave them detailed list of needed repairs for my home. They did an inspection as requested for leaks and drain clogs. They did the necessary work for the drain clog and then went on to do the other repairs I requested. Both of the repairmen were very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns in a friendly manner. Pleased with all the work. I think the plumping service was of good quality and a good value. They were on time and cleaned up very well after themselves. Cannot say enough good things about Milestone!

Always pleased with Milestone and their technicians. I appreciated the call ahead letting me know that our technician was on the way and grateful he was early. Jamison was very professional and completed the A/C maintenance check as quickly and throughly as possible. He was helpful with the videos he took of the unit, where potential problems were, best solutions moving forward and addressed my questions.
Great experience working with Francisco, he came out to provide a deeper diagnosis of our sewer drainage pipe. He explained what he found, discussed the service need to fix the issue (tree roots in pipe) and scheduled the repair team to come in and perform the work next day. The next day the technician, Saw, came out and had the entire repair completed and area cleaned up within a few hours. So within 4 days we had our issue diagnosed and completely repair… Very happy with the service here.
These guys were awesome. I’d recommend them to anyone. They came to replace my garbage disposal (it was leaking and on its last leg) and replaced it in just a few minutes. They had also noticed that the dishwasher tube was also causing a leak and told me how to fix it since it was something really easy to do. I told them I’d handle it later and paid for the disposal and they left. A few minutes later they were back to fix the dishwasher tube. That was just the most considerate thing! I really appreciate their professionalism and can see how they remain the best in the business. Thank you!!
Milestone came to check my a/c iuits today. The guys were not expecting such a large job, but Ir and Zane took on the job and before I new it 2 more guys came. They were ALL very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked diligently until all the units were inspected. Then very professionally showed me what may need work in the future. I was so impressed. I will definitely call them again! Thanks guys!

I was quoted a fair price to replace toilet parts, fix garbage disposal, install new outlets and a light fixture in our garage. I was so impressed with their service and professionalism that I signed up for the monthly service program.

I have used Milestone 3 times in the past year. Each time, their technicians have been courteous and knowledgeable. They even put me on a maintenance program that you pay approximately $20 per month and you get routine maintenance on all your systems at no charge and 15% off anything they need to do. I was very skeptical about this maintenance program, but they had someone call me and explain the value in more detail, which caused me to change my mind. On the first appointment to do a check and maintenance on my AC system, I was told about the things that needed to be done and it ultimately cost about $5,000. I let them go the work. The second time they came was to check my electrical system. This was a very concerning visit, as the technician pointed out all the issues and quoted me $26,000 to completely redo my electrical system in my house. At the very least, they told me I needed to spend at least $1,000 for protection. I cancelled my contract after this as I had another electrician look at it and quoted me a third of their price. Also, the gadget they had put in my AC that was supposed to save me money did not work as promised. My electric bills were higher this summer. I still had another appointment with them that I had forgotten about to check my heating system. Once again, it needed a new motor, which was going to cost over $2,000, or I could just get it repaired for $600, but this would be just a short-term fix as it would still need to be replaced later. Milestone has a great system and great people working for them. But, they have built this system by charging as much on each visit as they can to keep it going. Unfortunately, I won’t be using them again.

I had two opportunities to work with Milestone’s service representative this week. First, Jacob Starr replaced our thermostat and helped set up the system on my phone. Jacob was also Knowledgeable regarding heating and air flow concerns we were having and explained the issue and helped problem solve.Noah Daniels then replaced a breaker the following day. I was very impressed with both their knowledge, professionalism, and their ability to connect on a personal level to me as a customer. I was extremely impressed with these young men and will certainly rely on Milestone for my home service needs in the future.

Ronnie was exceptional and extremely thorough with going over the system in our new house. He also helped us to understand the sizing difference between the 20x20x5 filters marketed by different companies. It says a depth 5 on the package but the filter could actually be a 4 3/8 or a 4 7/8. He made sure to measure each space on the 4 units to let us know what each unit needed. The other service just said 20x20x5. No question was a waste of his time and he was super friendly and polite during his service call. He was super efficient and wasted no time getting tasks completed. We greatly appreciate him and the Milestone team being our go to professionals.

I was very impressed throughout the whole process from Harrison walking me through scheduling and what to expect to Blair Huffman completing the job. Harrison was very professional and concerned about helping me get my AC unit working again as soon as possible. Appreciated that.Blair Huffman did an amazing job. He diagnosed my issue, and repaired it in a timely manner and in made recommendations to prevent future issues down the road. Appreciated he professionalism and thoughtfulness. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs and other services they provide.
Tried using them for the 2nd time. My mistake. They came by to troubleshoot and repair my system, but ended up causing a new problem and didn't even put the system back together properly. They wanted to sell me an entirely new HVAC system for $15-$24k. Quotes from others are $8-$10k. They wanted $2k to replace the folding ladder to the garage. I bought the parts for $280. $1700 for labor? No way. I will never use them again. Broke the cover over the wires to the fan motor. Caused an electrical arc on the power connection to the fan motor (the fan was working until they took everything apart to inspect).UPDATE - Milestone has reimbursed me for their service charge and the repair done by another contractor. Milestone's Customer Relations managers were very prompt to respond and to resolve the issue. 5 Stars for their customer relations team.

Milestone came out to correct a lot of electrical work that two other companies could not complete. Tyler Spears came out and hooked me up with a great deal on Friday and scheduled the work to be complete on Monday. He also helped me get financing for the project same day. He’s great and would recommend requesting him specifically!
The service is always great. Their technicians are always professional and get the work done well. Jonathan Hebert was the technician who has done work with us in past and did it today again. He did an awesome job and was very good with explaining and fixing the circuit trip. I have also booked an AC appointment with them in couple of days to evaluate. Thanks Jonathan!

Chris Marshall came to provide maintenance service on my plumbing throughout my home. Chris and another gentleman were both polite and respectful. They gave me a run down of everything they’d plan to service before doing it. When complete, they sat me down and Chris explained everything he serviced. He broke down the prices and provided a list of issues, based on a combination of, order of importance and things that were important to me. I actually really appreciate that because it showed he listen to my concerns, but also provided me what was necessary. Brandon showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done. Thank goodness he was able to repair the outside faucet without removing bricks and drywall. And the price was a little bit less then discussed and the repair was done in no time. Great work!
Wow! Scott was simply amazing!! The whole experience with Milestone was great! We had water leaking from a chandelier in the kitchen.Scott arrived right on time, he listened patiently while I described our issues, then did all kinds of checks and crawled in the attic and found a dangerous exposed wire connection, which he immediately took care of after explaining it to me.He was so wonderful about taking time to explain everything. It was time to install a new heating and air system. Milestone made our investment decision a positive one. ALL of their employees from customer service to maintenance to installers are honest, knowledgeable and professional. Mario and Joe Silva, brothers, did our installation and are professional, on-time, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. It was a huge job, inside and outside and are thorough and did a very clean job, clearing the attic of all debris and fiberglass and wear footie covers to not track fiberglass in the house. Milestone may cost just a wee bit more than other AC-HEATING companies BUT we experience world-class service from them at every level!! We are very pleased and are confident we chose the BEST. So worth our investment!!

Brandon was the most impressive, and knowledgeable company employee that has been here. I have owned this house since 1981 .normally always fixed it myself.I have worked for JW MARRIOTT FOR 25 YEARS. HE was on time, professional and truly a great asset for your company. It took him minutes to diagnose and if I had all the money needed there is no doubt in my mind he would have fixed it.The pandemic put a lot of good people out of the game. He was able to explain the problem in such a way that the woman staying there was able to understand what was wrong. So from know own we will be using Milestone. My wife recently was taken by breast cancer, that's the only reason we did not have the extra money to fix it. We won't be calling anyone, because Milestone can fix it in a flash. If I had to rank their my experience with Brandon ,,between1 to 10 1 being the lowest,we both agree we would give him a 12 . In my opinion he is a great asset for what ever company he worked for. I scheduled an appointment for two outdoor faucet replacements using their text scheduling option, and it worked great. Their follow up customer service call was professional and timely. Brian, my technician, called me right when they said he would, he showed up when he said he would, and successfully completed everything he said he would- AND all within the dispatch window. He was professional, listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained what he needed to do and what could go wrong during the process (things outside of anyone’s control). Great service. Very professional. Jose Torres was TOTALLY AMAZING! Our water pipe sprang a leak in the cold weather and we had no water for Christmas Eve or Christmas day. We thought it would take days before anyone could fix the leak which flooded our first story while we were away for 2 hours on Christmas eve. However, Milestone and Josue Torres came to the rescue the day after Christmas and he repaired the leak in a very timely, professional, and kind way. We were so blessed to have him come so quickly and do such a great job! We would love to use him ANYTIME in the future if we need a plumber.

Logan Henson first met with me on a late afternoon to discuss and troubleshoot my electrical problems I had called about. After making a few fixes, he determined it would be best to return with an extra team member to complete the work in a timely fashion. He and Jeff Pennington returned punctually on the time we set and asked if I had any questions before they began. As earlier discussed, because some of the repairs were more extensive than first thought in a few areas, Logan made sure I was in agreement with any changes made in the cost to repair before doing so. I appreciated the time he took to make sure I was updated throughout the project.Both young men did a great job troubleshooting and repairing several electrical issues that were interconnected as well as making sure my townhome was in compliance with safety code. Each man was very professional and Logan made sure to walk me through all work when it was completed. His truck caught and broke Christmas lights in my tree. He notified me, reported it to customer relations and assured me they'd make it right. He was upfront, courteous and professional. He provided me his name and contact information. I received a call from customer relations within an hour. That same afternoon, he was at my house with new lights in hand. He replaced the lights in the tree and was very patiently waiting when we had an unexpected emergency situation. I could not have been more please! Needed to have kitchen florescent lights fixed. Were replaced with LED lights. Also had 2 light switches changed so Alexa could control. Jesse was professional, cleaned up when he finished and was very polite. I'm very happy with the service received.
No did a heating system checkup for me and prioritized the issues he found, with prices. There was no pressure to repair any of the issues since the system was still functioning. I feel I received an honest assessment and he had pictures and videos of his inspection. I was very pleased with the results.

Replacement HVAC system.New heat pump outside and new air handler in the attic. Professionally done with two guys who knew their trade! No cussing, no music, no trashing my house. They put drop clothes over my carpeted stairs and wore booties to cover their shoes. Very respectful to my wife and me.I used them to install some electrical work a couple months back and those two guys did an excellent job as well. I highly recommend Milestone!!

We had milestone come out for some miscellaneous electrical work and a follow-up service. In both instances they were on-time and handled exactly what needed to be done quickly and professionally. Will definitely use again for future projects.
Had them out to help debug a tripping breaker for our backyard circuit. The guys who showed up were impeccably dressed, polite, very smart and well mannered. They attacked the problem and tracked down the issue quickly and provided an estimate to completely finish the job. Along the way we got to hang out in our basement with them while the tornado sirens rang out! Great gentlemen and efficient workers. Highly recommend them.
Had the best experience with Milestone and Mr. Velazquez as our assigned plumber. Had a pipe burst as a result of the freeze last week. He was very calm and collected, easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. He was very patient and didn’t mind us asking questions or going out of his way to show me things or bring things to our attention. If possible we’d request him for all of our maintenance needs in the future. Milestone as a whole were very prompt and responsive despite the fact they were swamped by others with the same issues all over the metroplex.

Mario Cabrera came out on a Sunday to clean our pipes as we had 2 toilets clogged simultaneously. We had several guests and a 10 week old baby in the house so we had to get the toilets fixed ASAP. He came to our rescue blazing fast! Toilets are not the greatest seats in the house but an essential one for sure.After an evaluation of our piping system (an old system built in the 70s using cast iron), he explained the problem to us in a clear and concise manner. We knew exactly what he needed to do to fix the problem and how much everything would cost. Given it was on a Sunday and an emergency, we thought the pricing was fair.Overall, we were very pleased with Mario and will work with him again in the future. Hopefully not anytime soon. Great work!

Today was no different when Jonathan Herbert came out to fix a persistent issue we were having with a switch. Our sewer line was so blocked up that we couldn't flush our toilets without them overflowing. Water was coming up in the bathtubs too. Unfortunately, our regular local plumber couldn't handle the job because he was unable to find the clean-out near the alley that the city had installed 30 years earlier, so he recommended we call Milestone. Thankfully, they were able to send a plumber out on a Sunday, which is when this happened. He arrived on time and went straight to work, cleaned the line out through the roof stack, and was polite and professional the entire time while getting the job done. Now we can flush our toilets again! The only drawback was that Milestone charged twice as much for coming out on Sunday as they would have charged for a weekday visit.

First off — yes, they are expensive. Cheaper is certainly available.Jon McGee arrived at my house looking a consummate professional. I needed mostly basic work on a new (to me) house, as I had none of my tools here yet.After showing what I needed, they performed the “evaluation” of the house electrical system. The recommendations were exactly what I expected and aligned with the results of my recent home inspection.Jon put together his cost proposal for the work, with some gimmicky sales techniques, but it was a fair breakout and options were laid out in logical groups. There was no pressure, and we had good conversations about the options and necessities.The install was excellent, and they even changed a few things in my favor when new facts were found (outlets on panel GFCI).Again, not cheap, but showed up on time, did good work, and did nothing deceptive.
Our hot water heater went out and we had several plumbers come out to take a look and provide our best options. Not one of the plumbers listened to our financial situation or showed any genuine empathy. We were really about to call it quits with our service membership with Milestone altogether as we had been without hot water for a week. We decided to make one last attempt in finding a plumber we could trust within the company and boy am I glad we did. We were blessed with Joshua Mendez. He showed up on time, listened to frustrations, and told me his plan to get us right. The first question he asked me was “do you have kids” . Which we do. You could immediately feel his sense of urgency increase to match ours. I instantly felt more comfortable.After several plumbers telling us they could not get the pilot to light, he got it lit. He explained this was a short term fix, understanding our financial situation. He jumped on the phone with his manager, Victor Balbaneda, and the common thing I could hear from them was “how can we help them out”. Whatever they discussed allowed for an affordable option to have it repaired instead of the “bandaid”. Joshua cleared his schedule so he could go get the parts and repair the water heater same day. We now have hot water and a 5yr warranty on the replacement parts. Peace of mind is huge. We were also able to connect on a personal level outside of the service he was there to perform which allowed us to SEE who he is as a person. Great guy all the way around. I am so appreciative of these two gentlemen and my faith in Milestone has been renewed 100%.

Scott did a great job. He quickly determined that the sensor on my outdoor garage light had failed. However , since I did not want to go through the hassle of trying to find a matching replacement fixture, he was able to bypass the sensor. Works great!
Lighting issues resolved. Very professional and of the highest quality. Although these qualities are reflected in the pricing, my technician managed the costs to leverage a good value for me. Very reliable company.
We use Milestone regularly and are always happy with the service but Jeremy Rowden went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening with our AC unit and to even explain how the different pieces weren't working optimally and showing us on our own AC unit. He then took us step by step through different options for making our equipment run better, but never made it fee like we were forced to do anything. Superb service and will be requesting him each time we use Milestone, thanks Jeremy!
My technician was Jeff and he did a great job. Very efficient, friendly, and detailed. Milestone did have to reschedule me twice but they communicate very well and were transparent with why I was being moved back which I appreciated. Pricing was very reasonable and would definitely use them again.

Milestone always comes through. Sent Ben out in a few hours. Diagnosed a couple of issues we were having, fixed them and hen installed a new 20 amp circuit. Ben was nice, friendly, and did a great job
We were having partial power outages for a week. I called Oncor and they were NOT surprisingly no help at all. We called an electrician out and in about 30 minutes he had identified Oncor as the problem. He made 1 phone call and Oncor was here in under 30 minutes. They shut off power to our entire block and came in with the tree trimming brigade. Our voltage that was supposed to be reading 120 was 140. It was burning light bulbs, burning outlets, and tripping breakers. Total nightmare. We now have to replace our entire electrical panel. The trees were not on our property. ALL this to say, if you have partial power outages, don't even bother contacting Oncor. Milestone Electric is who we called and since we decided to give them our business to replace the panel ASAP, they did not even charge us for the initial trip out here. They have shown high integrity and true care for us as customers. Wayne and his apprentice have absolutely gained a customer for life. We be calling Milestone for ALL of our electrical and plumbing needs.
Brain did a great job. Now I have a peace of mind. He visited right away and fixed an unexpected problem on my shower set. He replaced the cartridge and now my family is back to normal life.

Called for a quote on tankless water heater replacement. I had two other companies out for comparisons, and Milestone agreed to take a look. Plumber came and spent exactly 2 minutes taking a few pics and then spent 10 minutes inside selling us on the monthly service plan. We were told it would be $90 for the visit and for the service fee there would be other free inspections for the price...that did not happen. Then we were charged $123.99 and the quote ended up 3x as high as their competitors. We'll be passing and will not be recommending to friends and family

Marcus is an amazingly talented and professional young man. We had bought this home in the late fall and had a glowing home inspection report. However the HVAC didnt work on either unit. Once we called their service tech was our early the next day. Both units needed extensive work! We opted to replace the units. They cam out the very same day and got it done!!!!The crews are amazing

The service technicians are mostly polite & nice, and the customer service agent was very polite to me, but their management is awful.I hired Milestone to do replacement on my air ducts and the zoning system. It is very expensive! But I thought it would be worth it to fix the system and have better air quality and temperature control.What was mildly frustrating to me is when the initial technician came out, I asked him if we needed to do anything to prepare for the visit. He said No. Unfortunately, that was not true! I asked if the technicians would need access to the vents and was told No. But they did need access. I'm still clearing out popcorn and ceiling debris from my desk and furniture and clothing. Had we known from the start they would need access to this, we could have prepared for it.What was more frustrating was that the initial technician told me it would take 8-10 hours. It took 12 and a half. I realize that these things can take time, but yet again it would have been nice to know that from the start.What really upset me was when the tape up of a duct was missed and sealant/glue came pouring out of it for roughly 10 minutes. My family did not realize what was happening - how could we, this was our first time with this sort of repair work. We and our pets became sticky with a film, and we vacated the house. (Vacating the house was a horrible process full of panic, trying to get our pets into pet taxis and such.) Two of our family members had asthma attacks from this, one of them threw up. We then waited in a car and the garage for almost two hours. The master bathroom/closet still has a coating of sticky residue on the floor, ceiling, walls and all of the contents within.Worst of all - nobody in management cares. One of the customer service representatives was very empathetic. The technician manager was not empathetic at all! He called me about the issue and asked me What do you want me to do about it? I asked him to tell me what he could do. He followed up to offer a $500 discount and honestly just sounded irritated with me the entire time.After that - nothing. Not a word from anyone. Not a Sorry for the inconvenience. Not a What can we do better so we don't spray glue on other customers. Nothing! I was told the customer service manager would contact me and she did - she contacted me to let me know that the $500 check was on its way. When I told her I would like to cancel my advantage membership (I have been a member since 2018), she gave me the phone number to do so. Didn't ask why or anything.Mistakes happen... but this mistake was (and continues to be) really miserable and it's a sucker punch to just be blown off as an irritation when I'm the one stuck with the bill and the mess.This wasn't the first frustrating experience with Milestone, but it will certainly be the last.

Chris and his assistant provided us with excellent service. Chris had to leave and comeback multiple times to complete the job due to special needs of the job. Milestone decided that another firm should be brought in for a consultation on water that had leaked around a toilet. They contacted a reputable firm who came to our house and reviewed the leak, provided a repair recommendation to us and Milestone. This was done at no cost to us. I was very disappointed in my last visit for my heat not working. I was told I needed a blower motor, capacitor, and gas valve and the minimum repair cost would be $4335. That seemed very high, especially for an old unit. I got a second opinion from a different company and the gas valve was working fine. The other company replaced the blower motor and capacitor for $675. Milestone does have great scheduling and appointment availability but I they were way overpriced for the repair that I needed.

Noticed we had issue with our plumbing and drain clean outs late at night last week. Called around trying to get ahold of someone to come out and see what was going on. Milestone was the only company where I was able to get ahold of someone that late at night. From start to finish, they're a top notch company. Turns out we had cracked pipes and roots that were clogging everything up. Once we were scheduled for repairs, our technician Nick arrived on time and got us taken care of. He walked us through the repair process and answered all our questions. After all that, he started the repairs and even showed us updates on the camera/video that he took. Once everything was finished, you couldn't even tell he had been there most of the day digging around in the flowerbeds fixing our plumbing. Jimmy Rayo and his team came out to do duct cleaning after installation of a new system. They were very professional and thorough. They even managed to get 20 years of cooking grease off the kitchen vent. Great to work with and very professional.

I used Milestone years ago for an electrical disconnect for my hot water heater. They gave me a free HVAC Maintenance and Clean, but I never thought about it again. Fast forward 4 years later and they called me and stated that they still had the note that I was owed this cleaning, so we went ahead and scheduled. Jordan (our technician) was prompt, courteous, professional and generally was a joy to interact with on all levels. The results of the cleaning (before and after) were shown and we didn’t have any concerns or system issues, but we will be using them again as our primary HVAC service contractor. Jonathan has been to my home a few times now to repair breaker issues and always delivered professional and courteous services. I found he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what my issues were.
I love Milestone they are always here exactly when they say they will be, they are fast and efficient. The techs are always friendly and I don’t feel like I have to keep an eye on them the whole time they are here. I’ve always felt safe with who they send. You are paying a bit more with milestone but it’s worth every penny. Technician was professional and nice but i did not appreciate the pushy sales tactics. I spent 1- 1/2 hours with technician once he arrived to my home and in that time all he did was try to sell me high priced unnecessary repairs/work. I had my home inspected for sale and already knew that nothing was wrong with my electrical panel, and ground rod. The highest price repair discussed was 8,000$, to replace my electrical panel, and the 'need' for repairs continued from there. I had some of the work completed for free and by someone who is not an electrician. I felt taken advantage of and will never call Milestone Electric again. I feel sorry for the technician because he most likely works off commission and is expected to push high dollar, unnecessary repairs. I am a single, middle aged lady so Im sure that opened the door for the technician to push repairs. I needed 3 light fixtures changed out and 2 closets wired for lights and the lowest estimate I could get.....without becoming a 'member' was 2500$. Milestone Electric is a successful company so people are falling for these tactics.

Zach Williams originally came out to fix an outdoor faucet leak, and as part of our membership did a few courtesy checks on the rest of the house. We talked about the age of my water heaters (they were original, very old) and he expertly answered all my questions without pressuring me to buy anything. He just gave me options, which I really appreciated (I'd already budgeted for and planned to replace them anyway). I worked with Zach on the best time that would work for me and my family and locked in a date.Zach and his partner Austin Henricks arrived on time, prepped everything to minimize damage/impact to the carpets and house, and got right to work. Travon was very polite and efficient while servicing my HVAC system. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me photos and videos to back up the additional concerns they had on the units. He and his co-worker also cleaned up after themselves and used a mat and shoe protectors to keep my doors clean. I highly recommend Milestone.

I had an issue where my upstairs unit wasn’t blowing cold air. Milestone came the same day which is the only plus side but even that came with a $99 service charge. The technician was very nice and after about 10 minutes of looking he said it was my capacitor. The repair cost was $425 or $775 (for a better one with 5year warranty) Not knowing anything about HVACs and being in a time crunch I just agreed to the higher option. When he went out to do the repair, after some googling, I learned these capacitors range from $11-$80 for just the part and the install took him about 20 minutes. Two things: if the “better” part is only a few dollars more expensive, why was it almost $300 more. More importantly why the heck was the labor nearly $700 for 20 minutes of work. Really wish I could have done more research or maybe asked for a cost break down, but I guess I was too trusting that a company wouldn’t raked me over the coals with repairs I had no knowledge about. Would avoid this place at all costs, literally:

Milestone was very responsive & they were able to come out the next morning and fix an electrical issue w/ my tankless water heater. The tech Johnathon was one of the most curtious & competent techs I've ever had in my home. He diagnosed the issue, had the part in the truck and my issue was fixed within the hour. Very Happy customer!
Initial call - Scott was courteous and professional. He clearly explained the issues with my HVAC system and my options. There was no hard sell. I would use Milestone again and request Scott.Follow up - I decided to have Milestone install a new heat and AC system. Manuel and team were also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
Estimate given for about 6 plumbing repairs which was over $11K! I narrowed today’s work down to most immediate need for $2K. Highly overpriced for what 2 out of the 6 repairs completed. AND my outside shut off valve is still leaking at the connection. Was told I need a new hose, but later techs admitted that only a washer is needed for my perfectly good hose to shut off completely. Estimator Hunter is not also a technician who does the work. It was two news techs who called to do actual very muddy work in garden.
The service man Allen came out to do a thorough inspection of my 2 AC units. Mr. Allen was very polite and courteous. He didn’t ignore my overly friendly dog, which was a plus. I believe he did what he came for although I didn’t want to hear my potential issues. However, they will be the first folks I call in the event of a breakdown. Thank you!

Scott explained well.However, we will not use Milestone services again. In my experience, charging to come out without deducting that fee from the service is not standard practice. I was advised of the charge when I made the appointment. My mistake was assuming that if we agreed to the service that the fee to come out would be deducted from our final cost.The cost for the service was excessive for the problem and the serviceman kept trying to sell us on unrelated work. I lack confidence in the necessity of every component of the work that was done. And I am sure the bill we paid was far above what was reasonably fair. Do yourself a favor. We had a new pool light installed as part of a pool remodel. The junction box and conduit needed to be replaced which required digging a trench from the pool to the house to replace the rusted conduit. Blake and Matthew did an amazing job of isolating the problem and then trenched, wired, and installed new wiring. Voila! The pool light works great. Blake was friendly and very professional!

Salvador provided prompt and efficient service of identifying a cracked/leaking pipe below our house and shared videos and pictures of what he discovered. He provided me with honest and professional advice on our current and outdated plumbing and was very respectful of our time and home. Don't recommend this company.Went to an interview and found out they push products on elderly and unknowingly people.Can we not as people come in and help others fix problems and solve situations.. I would hope so.You wont find it with this company...customers especially the elderly.As well as they only seem to want to make profit. Yes don't we all well they seem to push it on people that don't have knowledge of situations/like elderly people and people that are just growing up as adults.Highly unreccomend to anyone! Period....

They explained everything about my current set up, what was good, and what was efficient, and what needed to be changed to bring it up to code. They laid out multiple options for pricing and performance. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Utilized Milestone for a maintenance check of my AC unit. Blair from Milestone showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and was very thorough in walking through what services were performed and providing an evaluation for the health of my unit. Service was great and I would use Milestone again.
We’ve been having recurrent problems with a toilet clogging. Previous plumbers with other companies have unclogged it and didn’t exactly locate the problem area of the debris buildup. Our Milestone plumber was Mr. Dewyane Wallace, and he was great. He answered our questions and found exactly were the problem is and a plan on how to fix it to prevent future issues. Another employee, Austin, assisted him and was also helpful and courteous.

We used Milestone to come to our house to repair 5 plumbing issues that our home had. We wanted the parts to old toilets to be replaced so they would stop leaking, we wanted the faucet in the back yard to have a release valve added to bring it up to code for the city of Frisco, and we wanted the water filtration system under the kitchen to have its filters changed. All were done in a timely manner (of course there was up sale to add on a few more plumbing needs to our water heater). Two weeks after Milestone repaired all these items, the water filtration system broke and flooded our home. It appears that an O-ring was not installed properly, and it burst and water poured out flooding our home. Milestone immediately took responsibility for the flood and agreed to pay for damages. This was wonderful! I was amazed at how quickly they took ownership of this. They sent Rescue Restoration, a company they own, to do all repairs. That is where the wonderful ended! Milestone turned us over completely to Rescue Restoration and the Insurance company and backed away. From there a promised 3-week repair took 5 months! In the meantime, one of the other repairs we had Milestone do originally, started leaking again. We called them out and of course – they claimed it was a new repair NOT under the warranty that I had. They charged me to fix it again and even said, you are lucky, this was about to break and leak inside the wall which would have flooded your house…..well, look around. A faulty repair of yours already did that. Guess I am glad I called them to come back out when I did. However, it was another huge expense and I’m not convinced it is completely fixed. It was just a leaky outdoor faucet that they replaced and now cost me over $200 more dollars. Oh, did I mention I had been out of my house due to the flood they caused, and it took 5 months to resolved but was originally told 3 weeks? Their company Rescue Restoration was a nightmare. Don’t ever let Milestone convince you to use their company. They did shotty work and fought us tooth and nail for every repair. They stated, this is liability insurance. We are not going to put your house back to the way it was. They left mix matched paint and countless other problems that we had to fight with over and over. They would not give us the Milestone contact when we were unhappy but told us to call and figure out who to talk to if we are unhappy. Then Milestone said they are done with this money sucking project and cut us a check for us to finish the project ourselves. The estimate their own company gave them was $10,000 and they cut us a check for $3,500. Unprofessional from start to finish. Multiple different employees delt with, repairs needing to be repaired again and very unhappy customers. Then I now get phone calls and emails saying, “Hey we are in your neighborhood, want us to come by and do an HVAC check?” Um, NO! Read my file and see that I am unhappy and will not use you again!
So many issues, but the biggest is that the price Milestone charges for services and products is borderline unethical. It's staggering how much I overpaid (and it's my fault for being too naïve to get other quotes) for my HVAC system to be replaced (nearly $20,000). I realized I was fleeced after I requested an itemized receipt and then compared prices. This is after the salesperson consistently questioned why I needed an itemized receipt. It took more than a month to actually honor my request. Milestone also installed items that I later realized we didn't need. Items that may have saved me thousands. The salesperson was dishonest, manipulative and had zero concern for our financial health or livelihood. We had to sign up for a huge loan which, again, he was dishonest about. The technicians were friendly but also made a very blatant mistake. I have two HVAC units (one for upstairs, one for downstairs) and they told me to remove the air filters from the intake vents on the ceiling because my filter was now inside the unit itself. However, about a month later, I went in the attic and I--someone who is clueless when it comes to HVAC--noticed right away that the filters they made me remove aren't event part of the new unit! So for more than a month I had dirty air pumping through my other unit. How does a professional technician make that mistake when a bonehead like me can see it so obviously?! To make up for the error, they came and cleaned my ducts for free. We're already tight on bills and now we're stuck paying an astronomical loan when I could've had the same quality work done far cheaper by someone else. Their technicians may do decent work, but their salespeople fit the stereotype: heartless and hungry for a big payday.Milestone, when you're done reading this, spare me the copy and paste reply, please. I prefer sincerity, not the redundant message you lazily attach to every negative review.

Conner did an excellent job. The only glitch, was that they could have cleaned up better . . . I was able to clean the tile floors around the commodes with minimal effort, but in the hall bathroom, they left minor stains on the carpet that I am going to have to work on.

We have had Milestone out for two separate occasions, once for a gas leak and another for their HVAC check up. Both times they identified problems that were from other contractors before them that had been causing us issues. For both occasions they were highly dependable, respectful of our home, and very interested in getting the job done right. I will not sugarcoat and say that they are cheap - they are not - but we have found that it's because they are providing quality dependable work - true value. Christopher Marshall, Alvaro Cerillo, and Perry Hicks were wonderful professionals who we appreciated having to help us. Christopher came out the day before the February 2023 winter storm hit to evaluate our gas leak and made that process as easy as possible when considering large ticket repairs. He talked us through all the options, risks, and benefits. Then Alvaro and his team still came out and fixed the gas leak over the next couple days despite the weather. They did wonderful work and even helped us with information needed to have the prior contractors we had used be responsible to their negligent work. We were very appreciative of their commitment to getting us back up and running (we have gas powered heat, hot water, and stove) during that storm. A few weeks later, Perry came out to do a regular check up (Milestone's first time checking out our system) and identified several issues that were never even brought up when we had one of our outside units replaced two years ago. We have had several issues with that system since install and come to find out it all ties back into issues that Perry identified while he was here. It was tough to find out that had I gone with Milestone two years ago, I would have been able to replace my entire system and fix the issues with my older unit for barely more than what I paid just to have a new outside unit replaced. Integrity means a lot to us, and this company and their employees definitely have that. We are very satisfied with our Advantage membership and will continue to use Milestone for all of our home repair needs that they cover.

Having Milestone professional Mason and his equally competent partner in my home on April the 11th was a very pleasant and informative experience. To me, both men were respectful and cordial. When they went to work on my A/C unit, they were job conscientious as they went about their work task of performing a tune-up/preventative maintenance on my A/C system. When they were finished, I was presented with a video camera film that had shown both the inner and outer workings of my A/C unit had been taken by Mason and his partner. It pointed out to me the things that were both humming along just fine with my A/C system and a few things that weren't covered by the free A/C system tune-up that could possibly in time cause me a costly problem at an inopportune time, like the midst of a hot summer. I was happy to learn about those few A/C unit issues that could maybe cause me a problem in the future. I called asking for a quote for a tankless water heater, trying to price compare and shop amongst plumbers. There was no process, effort, or capability to electronically, over the phone, video chat, or provide an estimate.The only option was to pay for a full service call in order to get an estimate. Its understandable that an over the phone estimate will be less accurate. I could provide pictures, answer questions, aid and assist to bolster their assessment with information I was able to provide.However, Milestone refused to cooperate or even provide any information, and was unwilling to do provide any alternatives besides a dedicated, paid, service call.This makes price shopping an expensive endeavor on its own, and certainly left a bad taste for their customer care.
Used to unclog our drain. Brandon did good. We mostly have long hair here...so having someone reliable is important.We use Milestone for all our AC, Electrical and plumbing needs. Maybe not the cheapest...but quality, service, cooperation, helpfulness, and so much more bring absolute value to the money spent. I can't say enough positive on these folks!!! They treat my family just like you want your family treated. Amazing!!!

Our sewer system is very old and needs to be replaced. He, and the other 2 employees who came out, were very professional, explained and answered our questions and are working with us to try to get this done. It will be very expensive because of the damage, but they're trying to get us the best route that can be offered.
We called Milestone due to a sudden dangerous electrical situation in our home & they sent a technician out within a few hours. Our tech, Brandon Smith went above and beyond & stayed late on a Friday night to ensure the job was done right. He had an awesome attitude and quickly put a very stressful situation at ease. In a world filled with unkind, careless people, it was a breath of fresh air to have such a skilled & gracious tech.

Technician Jeremy Rowden was very professional and very thorough with the details of how my HVAC unit was working, and how it's supposed to be performing correctly. Explained how he could make the appropriate repairs to it, and how alongside maintenance should avoid long term damage. He also explained how the warranty for all the parts and labor will work for me, and how the repairs should help extend the life of my HVAC unit. Jose was very nice and thorough while servicing and cleaning my A/C system. Answered all my questions, gave me pricing on things I will need to have done in the future (but only when they need it). I am an Advantage Member and have Milestone come out every 6 months for maintenance service. I'm very pleased with their service.
Prompt, courteous, has excellent knowledge of HVAC and provided thorough explanations of work done. Showed me the 2 parts that needed replacing and explained why. I have a lot of confidence in this technician!
Mr. Juan Torres and his associate were both very polite, professional, yet personable. They didn't rush anything and explained everything to me before getting started. Both were thorough in demo-ing my old HVAC and placing the old components neatly beside their service truck. Whenever they needed access to the inside of my home they immediately put on shoe covers before entering. They needed to install an additional 14x14 return and replace my smart thermostat by cutting holes in the ceiling and wall; after completion there was no debris on the furniture or floor. Excellent cleanup! As far as the new system I can't say enough about the advanced technology in these systems today. Nevertheless, Mr. Torres and his associate tackled the installation without any hiccups or uh-ohs. I could tell they were true experts in these systems because they basically breezed through it without any shortcuts or pausing for breaks. Very impressive! Before I knew it, they had all of the old system in there truck, nothing dumped in my garbage bin. They're cleanup was immaculate, inside and out. Wait, there's a bit more. They didn't just leave after the install. Juan walked me through every detail of the new system. He invited me up to my attic to show me my new investment. The system was running but I could barely hear it running. AMAZING I said, and he just laughed. Afterwards, I created my customer account and connected the thermostat to my home WIFI. Then he explained all the details of the thermostat and the app.Lastly, I can say this was one of the least stressful event with a high investment product I think I've ever had. Kudos to these two young professionals for making it so. And thank you Milestone, Ray B.

He identified an issue with the ducts from Milestone's installation a few years ago, escalated with his manager, and fixed it in the same trip to make everything right. He even reviewed all the settings in both my systems to prevent issues in the future. Service tech was friendly enough, but charging someone $100 dollars to come out and not even look at anything is absolute highway robbery. I gave them 2 stars because their response time was great and their customer service was good. Folks, if you have a gas issue, trust me do not use these people. Their service techs will come out, not look at anything, then charge you a mandatory service fee even if they don't do a thing but open up their binder of extremely expensive services. I called them because they had such a high rating. They immediately responded and I was super impressed about that - but then came the bad: 1. The tech showed up an hour and a half outside of their quote window on my work day. I give you it was extremely cold, but I also have a job to do and I delayed my job to wait. 2. My issue was in the attic. He never even looked at the problem. He opened a binder first and told me the general inspection would cost $850 w/o any repairs. This should be told UPFRONT on the call when I explained in detail my issue. Not all of us have disposable income. He was very honest and polite - so I had no issue w/ the tech, he was just doing his job. He didn't try to bully me into services or sell me something I didn't need, so kudos to him for being upfront. He was a good kid and I don't fault him for anything. As a company, you all need to be more transparent about your pricing and not charge someone $100 for a problem THEY WON'T EVEN LOOK AT. To be transparent on MY side, I should be refunded for the time you wasted away from my job because you all have shady business practices. Highly recommended? No, I think not.

He answered all our questions and he advised us on steps we needed to take to upgrade our breaker system and also on how to he could install our new microwave in no time at all. I had a problem with lights flickering and flashing all over the house. Tyler Spears diagnosed it to an Oncore electrical problem and got oncore to fix it within a few hours.My only complaint is that I had to pay an electrician to tell oncore it was their problem; oncore previously told me it was my problem and to hire an electrician. That is a complaint about Oncore, not Milestone.Milestone is fairly expensive; but the provide great service.

London was great on the electric side! Trouble shot a weird old house wiring issue and made a quick repair.Gabrielle was great on the plumbing side! Fixed an instant hot water heater that was dangerously installed, and even helped fix a hose bid while he was on site. Above and beyond!!
They came out to do a routine cleaning. Stated both the units would need replaced asap turn them off said they would burn up because our fan stopped running outside and they would need to replace both units for 20k. I had a second company come out said nothing is wrong that was 4 months ago the units are completely fine still. I cancelled with milestone immediately.

Unfortunately he found sub-code wiring that the builder had left 45 years ago in almost every instance. Needed to have our HVAC system replaced and every person from Milestone that entered our home was EXTREAMLY knowledgeable, personable, and professional.This includes the people who answered the phone, the service tech who was initially onsite and determined that it would be more effective to replace the unit as opposed to repairing it.the Home Comfort System tech who analyzed our home for size and number of window in order to determine the right size HVAC and the techs who installed the new HVAC system.Unfortunately, in this day and age we have all had experiences with company's that use inferior quality parts and technicians with limited experience and poor customer service skills.You WILL NOT experience that with Milestone! I received a sales call offering a free air/heat checkup. I booked an appt for between 11AM-2PM. I called shortly after 11 and was told the tech would arrive around 1 PM. At about 12:50, I received a call to say the were running behind but would be here by 5PM. I asked to speak to a manager and after a long hold was told no one was available. I asked for an accting rep as I wanted to cancel the maintanence package I had purchased but was told they were not available either. I insisted on speaking to a manager and all of a sudden they found one. I told them what I wanted to do and asked how long it would be before I got my money back. I was told by the manager he didn't know. I insisted on finding out and after another long wait was told it would be 3 days. I have done business with the plumbing division and found them competent, but their business practices are clearly substandard, and they do not respect the customer. I will not do business with them again.
They are are rip-off and will take you for a ride.I had a leak which was showing up in my garage. I reached out to milestone as i found good reviews for them online.The milestone folks came on time, i showed them the leak and the general area where patches of dampness were showing up in Garage.They first looked at my existing plumbing installation every where in the house. Basically things that were not even related to the leak and gave me an estimate of overall plumbing changes. I have copies of all those estimatesI strictly asked that I am interested only in the water leak cause and repair.I was told in order to find out whether there’s is a leak or not it will cost me 583$ and to locate where the leak will be around $2200.Only after that they can give me an estimate of where the damage is and how much it will cost to fix.They told me that for the $2200 test they will use some listening device which will pin point the leak.I have been a homeowner for over 5 years but this was my first instance of going through a plumbing issue. And since I had heard that plumbing leaks specifically in foundation can lead to other serious issues. I was a little scared.I agreed for the initial leak detection and paid $583.Meanwhile I also spoke about my situation to some friends who told me that there is something wrong and it should not cost $2200 to find out where the leak is and asked me to get a second opinion.I called another plumbing company. The person came and did some diagnostic test with a listening device and was able to tell me the general area where the leak was and even gave me an estimate of how much would it cost to fix. All this for around $400.

Jeb was professional, polite and answered all my questions. And that was the first visit to work on the outside unit. The following day, today, he had to come back with additional hands to replace the TXV, charge the unit, etc. He was also very patient with my very excited dog, which is a major plus!!! We had a gas line that was accidentally cut, and we immediately called Milestone because we always trust their work. We received almost immediate assistance from Brandon Hill who just went above and beyond with the whole Milestone team to find the issue with as minimal wall removal as possible. He worked nonstop on getting the parts and tools he needed to get us repaired and get us on the next possible city inspection schedule. He even offered to return himself to make sure we got final city sign off. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Brandon and Milestone. Gas issues can be expensive and scary, and we felt taken care of every step of the way. We’ve used Milestone for major home repairs and this was our first emergency repair. We needed to switch out the plastic valves the builder put in for metal valves in order to install an upgraded dishwasher. Milestone was super easy to schedule, they came out on time and was able to perform the valve switch out quickly. Chris was very transparent with Milestone’s pricing and even worked out a deal for us to have all 3 valves replaced. He was also very informative to two new home owners who know almost next to nothing. Haha!My parents have been using Milestone for years. And we plan to have them come back for any other future upgrades or repairs.

Milestone Security System: With Michael there was no drama nor wasting time. He got right to work checking Lift Master wi-fi remote garage door opener. He determined that the Lift Master device was incompatible with our new high speed (AT&T fiber) router. Luckily, I had an older router, which Michael hooked up as an access point. Michael plugged the Lift Master device into the second router, and, in turn, plugged the router into the high-speed router. Success! Michael mentioned that luckily he had seen this issue with other Lift Master devices. Additionally, Michael also did a safety check of our security system - everything was working as promised. Michael was fast efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Michael's visit typifies why we trust Milestone with our security, electrical, AC and plumbing needs!

Saw 14k reviews and 4.9 star rating so I reach out regarding HVAC. There seemed to be a drip or something coming from our HVAC unit in our attic as it was making a wet spot on our ceiling. I was told my window was from 8 to 11 the next day. 11am rolled by without a word from them. Reached out and they said they couldn't get ahold of the technician and didn't know what was going on. Frustrating experience that wasted my time and caused me to cancel and go with another company.

Work was done professionally and on time. Their warranty is much better than the competition at comparable prices. Will use again.
We received a plumbing inspection and it was very thorough! My only complaint is that the report was hand-written with a carbon copy left with us. The written report was legible but would appreciate a digital copy as well.

Taylor arrived and quickly went about checking the heating system on our newly installed HVAC system. I explained thatthe fan was making noise. He found the problem, the fan was scraping some loose wires, he applied electrical tape on each and then tied them back. No more noise. He proceeded doing the maintenance check of our system. Answered all my questions and concerns. Job well done! Thank you Taylor.

Called them after a horrible experience with Affordable Heat and Air LLC in Gainesville. Will was friendly courteous respectful and CLEAN unlike Ronnie the unprofessional technician from Affordable A/C. Will very patiently explained the condition of both units outside and both furnaces inside (using pictures)which Ronnie could not determine that two units outside equates to two furnaces inside. Thank you Will Thank you Milestone. They are a little more expensive but I promise you you get what you pay for.

Justin, from Milestone, was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Performed a thorough heating inspection and gave me a comprehensive report of my heating system. He was on time & completed work in a timely manner.
We briefly lost power, checked breaker box and GFI outlets which revealed nothing. One side of wall switch had no power. Turns out we had an unknown GFI in an unlikely place which had tripped. Courteous and friendly technician found it and reset it, and charged me a not so friendly $363.

Was here for 20 minutes and was expecting a $98 fee. Charged me $350 to voltage test my panel then called oncor to come fix the problem. Oncor tech did the same test when the came for free. Don’t get ripped off for electrical issues. Technician was civil and friendly, but only tried to sell. $350 for what took place was completely out of line and extremely expensive. All this to a senior citizen

All technicians, including Evan for today, that have arrived for a variety of services have been great; very knowledgeable, take the time to explain things that can be understood easily. My problem is with having them arrive within the designated window. 3/4 of the times this year, I’ve scheduled several months in advance for routine maintenance to be done, they’ve called halfway through the window time to push arrival time outside of the designated window and even had to call and ultimately cancel and rescheduled due to emergency calls taking precedence. I am a member as well and pay monthly for these services to be provided. It has been very frustrating and a great inconvenience to me, making me miss work and cancelling other plans that have been previously arranged.

Chris arrived early for the appointment, after a call to confirm that I was okay with an earlier start time, and was very professional. He took the time to listen to reason behind our call, what we hoped to accomplish with the visit, and how that plays into the plans that we have for an upcoming renovation. Taking all of those points into consideration, Chris presented options and then stepped outside to give my wife and I time to discuss things and make a decision to move forward. Once the decisions were made, he completed the work and cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to have him come out again if I needed plumbing help.
We needed to have a outlet installed because the previous owners created a mess with wires. Caleb was our technician, he was excellent. He explained everything professionally and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before he left and during the service. He was quick, very friendly and professional. We will definitely choose Milestone again and highly recommend. If Caleb could come out every time that would be awesome!

Over the last year we have had many contractors do work on our house. We have only had two good experiences. One put a beam in our attic, and the other was Milestone for electrical work. We recently wanted our air ducts cleaned and calling Milestone was a no brainer! Scott Johnston came out and did a full evaluation of our A/C unit inside and out. He was amazing!! He even made a video of the problem areas and what needed to be done. Once again we feel like we made a new friend!! I don't know how they do it, but we have been more than 100% satisfied with this company. We don't even think about who to call. We know they do excellent and professional work. Hugo serviced my A/C unit and used pictures and video to walk me through the full service. He showed me what was going well with my unit and offered suggestions to make it run more efficiently. He gave me options for service and laid out the costs for the repairs, and he told me about the various financing options Milestone offers. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the service and will absolutely call use Milestone again in the future!

I have used Milestone a couple of times and in both instances my issues were corrected very professionally.The only issue I had with service call was that my appointment time was missed and I felt like the individual answering the phones did not care. I understood that it was a holiday weekend, which was why I accepted an appointment for Monday. Monday came and the appointment schedule was still missed.
The guys for mile stone was very great explain to me what the issues were and also described in detail what I needed to do thanks guys.

Milestones Luis Medina, Nathan and Chad were the absolute best! They explained everything in detail and even showed me step by step what they were doing. I felt very reassured and comfortable with their work. They also let me know about additional issues that I might have with the house that I should take a look at even when it didn’t have to deal with the plumbing and or Milestone. This was truly a great experience. When You find out about a major repair that needed attention, they took a bad thing and made it great. I really can’t say enough about these guys. They just finished and I already miss them being here.

Most recently, (May 2023) Dustin Jackson was on call and helped out us big time with our AC unit that was severely overheating. Revision: Service great. Cost ridiculously high! London went above and beyond. Stayed late on a Friday to complete the job and provided excellent service. However, I realized much too late that Milestone is seriously overpriced. I made the mistake of not shopping around and paid 3x the amount of other quality companies.

We thought we had a slab leak and milestone was awesome, found to be a hose bib outside faucet leaking and running threw the walls. They worked until 7:30pm for 2 days to find it and worked with me greatly on the price. They sent master plumbers out and did a fantastic job for us.

Super Nice, and informative, He was very thorough in finding the multiple leaks across multiple sections of our House.We had multiple leaks, in complicated places in the crawlspace and the price came much lower than I imagined (compared to a previous simple fix from Baker Brothers which now seems was overpriced)Hopefully will never need to work with Milestone again, but will be very glad I have them if anything else ever needs fixed.

Our main breaker went out on a holiday stormy weekend and they did a great job of getting someone out as soon as they could. The electrician arrived within 3 hours of calling the office and we are so thankful they got our power restored promptly. The electrician was skilled, friendly and courteous. It was a bit expensive since it was holiday rates but that was to be expected. We have a warranty on the part and work so thats comforting. Would definitely use Milestone again.

Milestone has done two major jobs for us, replacing and upgrading our electrical panel as well as adding new outlets where needed and repairing light switches. They also replaced our aging hvac system. They did quality work and were very professional. Our new hvac system worked great for 8 years, then this summer during a run of 100 degree days the ac went out. Amazingly, we were able to get an appointment the SAME day we called. Jose came out and did a temporary fix to get it running again and ordered new parts to complete the repair. As soon as the parts came in a couple of weeks later, the technician, Rigoberto came out and quickly installed the new board to complete the repair. Before he left he verified everything was working. AC is running now good as new. I can’t speak to pricing since everything was covered under the warranty.I highly recommend Milestone for any electrical work or hvac services. I haven’t used their plumbing service yet but I’ll probably give that a try in very near future.Update for 2023: an issue with our hot water heater led me to first call Milestone. It took several visits and changed out elements and thermostats. Still kept running out of hot water. Today master plumber Steve Pound came out. After conducting several tests, he was able to diagnose the problem and hopefully now all is well. Furthermore he explained everything in layman terms so we understood. He took his time to explain. Very knowledgeable and very professional. He mentioned Milestone offered other home related services. Next time we need something I will probably call them first.

Jacob was extremely helpful and professional! We had our upstairs A/C go out on an extremely hot summer afternoon and Milestone sent Jacob out a couple of hours after my call. Services were very efficient and I would use Milestone again.
We had Eric from Milestone visit us to evaluate our options for replacing our air conditioning system. He clearly laid out our best options, gave us pricing, and then left us alone to make a decision. We spent about three weeks comparing quotes and looking at financing options. When we called Eric back to say we wanted to go with Milestone, he said he could have a crew out the next day.When the crews arrived, one for installation of the new system and one replacing the ductwork, they were all very professional. They take care to protect your floors and walls from damage as they’re moving equipment and material in and out of the house. My heat wasn't working and I called Milestone and got service same day. Turns out my circuit board was bad and the tech took 30 min to fix and my heat was back on and working. The service is a bit pricey, cost me $1300 but they warranty their work 5 years parts/labor. Overall my experience with Milestone has been great.

Cody did an adequate job but unfortunately I won't be recommending or turning to Milestone for future services as $588 seemed excessive for dryer duct cleaning considering the complexity of the task, tools required, and time required to complete the task (approximately an hour). I would also recommend Milestone provide a cost range for the task initially so the customer doesn't have to eat the trip charge in order to receive an estimate.
The assigned staff arrived on time and kept me appraised on their progress. They had good recommendations at the end and proceeded to make the improvements. Very professional in all ways.
We had Milestone out to help with an electrical issue with our fireplace. Shan Bullard came out and troubleshot the issue even though it turned out to be a fireplace issue (not electrical). He was great to work with and stuck with the problem until he got it working. Great work Shan!

This company is amazing, with a good, old-fashioned, super professional customer-focused corporate culture that I have seldom encountered dealing with contractors during our 37 years living in this house. We had called Milestone and one other large Dallas-area plumbing company to come give a bid on several jobs in our 55 year-old slab foundation house. We had a stopped-up master bath sink, slow-draining kitchen sink, kitchen faucet replacement and garbage disposal replacement. Zach showed up right on time, put on his shoe covers, and proceeded to work up a very reasonable, straightforward and well-presented estimate. In the master bath sink he discovered that our remodeler had failed to vent the drain, a critical issue that the other company's estimator had missed. He re-built the drain, ran a rooter there and ran a rooter and a camera through the kitchen drain. He completed all the other work very efficiently, and when he took a look at our water heater, he spotted a dangerous gap in the venting pipe that the other company's person had also noticed. However, unlike the other guy, who just said, you need to have that looked at, Zach secured the the gap at no additional charge, to keep us safe until we can have it fixed in a more permanent fashion, which we plan to do ASAP. Bottom line, this is a great, family-owned company that I'll be calling for all our plumbing, electrical and HVAC projects going forward.

I called yesterday about an estimate for a Milestone security system to replace a family member's existing security company. We were given an appointment for the next day. Jon came to the house and the first thing he asked was if I would like him to wear a mask. I did, so he happily complied. He looked at the existing security system and gave me time to explain what additional features we wanted. He gave us different options and then worked up the estimate. He was very professional and helpful. The monthly service amount would be lower than what they're paying now. I would definitely recommend Milestone Security. I've used it at my own house for years and am pleased with the service.

Please don’t bother. We had A/C work done and when we asked how to prepare, we were told “you don’t!” Our appointment was a nightmare. A 10 hour job was well into 12 hours (left at 945 at night) and didn’t cover one of the vents, which ended up “gassing” us in the room and covering my animals in sticky glue. Mistakes do happen. But the company basically does not care about the turmoil the left behind. There is a whole master closet that we need to de-glue now and bathe three cats. The day manager just blew off my household and talked down to the person that is head of the household. We are DONE.

I have used Milestone for years. They provide much more than just electric services; including garage door maintenance, plumbing, HVAC and more. I have never been unhappy with a visit from any of the Milestone technicians. Courteous and thorough, my questions are always answered and options are well explained. No high pressure sales or fear-mongering tactics. Just honest service, in my experience. I am glad to have Milestone available for different types of service if a problem arises--I don't have to call around, look for referrals or wonder if the work being done is fairly priced and guaranteed. Scheduling has most often been prompt and timely with minimal exceptions. I've even had Mark make a number of visits himself. (Yes--Mark from the commercials!) My recent service was for leak detection at my bathroom sinks. Trevor was on-time, super-friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for replacement fixtures. I will have service the next day based on the specific quotes he was able to provide. I am glad to have Milestone for my home service needs.

This was my first time using their services and overall I am satisfied with my experience. Trevor Moore was on-time, thorough and professional. He made sure to explain me the issue in detail and answered all my queries. I like that they have multiple services like - restoration, plumbing, handman. Will avail their services again.

As a bathroom ventilation fan installation was being done a serious pre-existing wiring nightmare throughout the home was brought to our attention .The repair was unexpected and was given several options for payment . This team is very thorough and pet friendly . I can Thank Caleb and the team for their hard work and patients that we truly can have peace of mind as we are going about our lives . We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night.We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to the rain so we had to wait without hot water for a few days, but when the sun finally came out, so did Corey to fix the issue and get our water heater up and running. He and the other plumber on site were professional, upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable (we had a lot of questions).Even though the original technician who installed our unit was no longer with the company, the error his made in installation that led to our water complications meant that the repairs were covered under Milestone warranty so it was free.If we had originally hired and independent contractor who was no longer in business, the repairs would have come out of our pocket.

Came to look at and advise on installation of laundry room which wud require drain, hot/ cold water hookups gas line line etc plus install slop sink. Genemen were very polite, positive in their approach and knowledgeable. Was very pleased and wud not hesitate using them if the project goes forward.
We are first time home owners and had Milestone out for an HVAC inspection to tell us about our system and what we need to maintain and watch for. Customer service was quick in the responses, very communicative, and easy to schedule with. Stenly came out for our inspection and exceeded expectations! He was very professional and kind. We asked a lot of green questions and he answered them very thoroughly and ensured we felt comfortable and knowledgeable about our system. Yesterday I called Milestone Electric for a few electrical issues, and they were able to work me in the on the same day. They sent out Jon McGee and Bryan Kersey. Jon was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me several options to choose from. Bryan did a great job helping Jon and vacuumed up on his way out. We have used Milestone in the past and have plans for an upcoming project for Jon in a few months. Keep up the good work guys!

Replacer 200 amp meter box. Added a system ground Rod. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Will not give prices over the phone so you can't compare. Use book pricing by line item. Prices are high after comparing later with other companies.

I'm a ac technician and milestone ac went to a friend's house in high point and found so called multiple problems for the Bryant furnace. I looked at invoice and these things didn't add up. For example the tech claimed that the home owner needed igniter,flame sensor,board and blower. Well how do you determine if flame senor is faulty if there's no flame. Well I diagnosed furnace and found only ignitor faulty. I replaced it all working fine at this time. Milestone ac wanted to charge 4400.00 for repairs or get the home owner to purchase a brand new system. All he needed was an igniter. These kind of companies give us a bab name. My rating would be no star.

Contracted Bi-yearly HVAC inspection. Scott explained all the things that were right and explained all the things that needed attention. He covered all our options in detail and was very easy to understand.

The service I received was amazing. My primary electrician, Caleb, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I just bought and moved into my house and Caleb did a full electrical inspection to make sure my house was good to go. He discovered a large amount of items that our inspector did not call out when buying the house and then explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.On top of being a good technician, he was also very sociable and having him work on my house was much less frustrating due to his good personality.The costs were a little bit higher than I would have thought/liked, but the fact that I felt like I was in good hands, made the slightly higher costs much easier to accept.

Saw La is very knowledgeable, courteous, and very attentive to our issues. We’ve been using Milestones for years but this is the first time that we learned in details what really the issue is. He checked & inspected the temperature pop off valve. It was visible it had leaked at some recent time judging by crossive evidence at end of pipe.Replaced valve , reattached pipe and cleaned up the work area including any water.He did an AWESOME JOB. Great customer relations too !

Sewer Line Replacement consulting with Francisco Hernandez, Part I to narrow down the actual cost and criteria of the situation. This was a very sour experience. Not that Francisco wasn't a great consultant. Just the idea that this crucial piece of equipment was so expensive. Long story very, very short, lol - the sewer line had to be fixed. Francisco provided several options, process and budget wise highlighting the pros and cons of each. I was finally able to decide on a manageable option. I can appreciate that Milestone was willing to work with me and not try to force me into bankruptcy :). At the end of the day, all pertinent information was made available to me with some additional research on my own for me to make both a satisfying and intelligent decision. Thanks Francisco.

Did not find or fix the problem with air duct vents but tried to convince us to sign up for an expensive air duct cleaning. I’ve had other nonsense with plumbing services through Milestone. Would not recommend them!

I did not remember that my water heater was on a 12-year service repair. I've had the water heater 5 years and it looks like the burner has gone out which will be fixed tomorrow. I don't know what a burner is but these guys do and I really appreciate that. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them if you need help.
70 year old sister had bronze package 0n 7 year old furnaces (2) charged $6200 !! Took 4 hours to do. Not even sure if this elderly person got options.Called 48 hours ago to talk to person who wrote up order and no return call yet.I think $1500/hour is a very high labor cost even in the post covid era.Nothing like takingadvantage of the elderely!
