After my call, they arrived almost immediately. The outlet was destroyed, and resetting the circuit breaker had no effect. Before installing the replacement light, they double-checked every possible outlet, despite having identified the problem's origin. He worked really hard, but also responded promptly, kept me informed, and was a pleasure to work with in general. Definitely, unquestionably, I will call them again! Furthermore, they were a delight to work with.

Despite being unable to inform me what initially caused the outage, they manage to complete the task. The key is to be patient for a day or so, after which everything will be back up and running.
