I called to have someone do a couple general repairs and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Theo was our electrician and he was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our issues quickly. In addition, he identified a few safety issues and we had him fix those as well. He did not pressure us in to doing anything we didn’t want to do and thoroughly explained everything.

Mr. Julian was on time, professional and communicated what my home needed and gave a fair price. His work was clean and very well labeled and organized. I’m very pleased.

Absolutely thrilled when this company came to install my new sockets and switches! Before they arrived, I had been dealing with the local electrician who I was not at all pleased with. The electrician had made a lot of mistakes, causing damage to my front door and having to order in some new parts. These guys did an amazing job and were super nice.

Had severe emergency when a tree toppled over from strong winds on Thanksgiving evening causing breakage of the conduit containing the electric wires connected to my home. He was very gracious to come by early the next morning to repair the system quickly in bad weather, including reinstallation on a 22 foot tall ladder to reattach to the electricity pole. He and his wife deserve a gold star! Will definitely use them again for any electrical issues.

We paid them to fix our sign and it never worked. They are not good. I called and called but they never addressed the issue. When I was booking the appointment they returned my calls quickly. I'm very disappointed with their service.

Pre employment testing facility is disorganized and not run in an efficient manner. I was given an exact time for testing and evaluation. The person giving the testing showed up thirty minutes late, obviously my time is not as important than the person giving the testing. The second part of testing is some basic wall rough in and wiring. The materials were just an unorganized pile of 1900 boxes, wall stud brackets, and various fittings and devices. The company wants you to be efficient in the way you perform your job but the environment given to work in isn't conducive to a productive work environment.If the testing facility is this unorganized can you imagine how unorganized their jobsites are managed.

They are really nice and professional.

CA Electrical Contractor did a great job and went beyond the job scope to show good customer service. Even when there was an issue that was unrelated to their service which they didn't cause, they were willing to come out the next day and explain how they hooked up their lines which ultimately help us pinpoint the actual issue.

Eric and Tyler were outstanding. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. They are great faces for the company. They fixed so much for me and answered all my questions. Price was phenomenal! We will be calling Pinnacle Electric out again for other things we need to have done.

This guy is a jerk. While driving home this truck is tailgating me. I pulled over to let him pass. I honked at him to let him how rude he was being. He pulls next to me and tells me I'm driving to slow. I was going the legal speed limit. Begins pounding on the side of his truck. To show me how the name of the company he supposed to own. Totally unprofessional behavior. I will never do business with you or your company. My advice is to stay away from person.

I emailed Edgar Larios on 2/15/18, and I called Wendy Larios the next day when Edgar didn't answer my email. Wendy told me they would send a service man out. Today is 2/23/18. Edgar told the tenant he was out of town. So I called Wendy who told me she couldn't send anybody out. I was not happy and told her she should have told me at the time of my first call that we were waiting for nothing. She didn't even offer to send someone on Monday. I have always paid my bills with them immediately, even when I thought they shouldn't charge me $180 to examine the situation, and then $1500 to replace the box. Well, this forces me to find a better electrician that may not cost as much.

It's not often that I need an electrician, though without question he is the first call I'd make. I hired him to add a couple of circuits to my existing system. He was friendly, professional, and the job was completed with a high standard of craftsmanship and safety. I have zero hesitation recommending him to friends and family.
