Worked with this company before and had a great experience, so of course I reached out to them again for additional work. Had the pleasure of working with Mark who was PHENOMENAL when he came out previously- however he was pretty busy when I called again, but HE sent someone over the SAME DAY and personally saw to it that the job got done! And on top of that, he sent out his colleague who was BOMB too! My experience working with Mark and his colleague was great!! They are personable, professional, fast, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair! They are definitely our preferred vendor for Electrical.

Wonderful customer service from the scheduling to the installation. The team were on-time and efficient, friendly, and even great with our dogs. Their estimate for our repair was below other well-known companies and their work was superb. Definitely use them again!

Clint H. came to diagnose an outlet issue I had. He was patient and detailed. He also took time to explain what he was doing and how he was able to identify the issue which was really important and a learning lesson for me as a home owner. Clint is the first one I will call going forward for all my electrical issues.

Mark correctly identified the issue—a defective component in my ceiling fan's light fixture. We'll place an order for the part and have him return to install it. He fixed the wiring for another ceiling fan while he was here. I will prescribe him to my neighbors and most certainly use him once more!

Eric and Tyler were outstanding. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. They are great faces for the company. They fixed so much for me and answered all my questions. Price was phenomenal! We will be calling Pinnacle Electric out again for other things we need to have done.

I've used Pinnacle Electric twice now and both times the service and professionalism were outstanding. My first experience was in 2019 when I needed wiring repaired to my smoke detectors throughout the house. The second time was a week ago when I needed a 14-50 outlet installed in the garage. In both cases they arrived on-time, did the work properly and on budget. For the outlet in the garage I actually needed to have the ground pin orientation changed post-installation and they accommodated my request and had it changed within a couple of days. I would highly recommend for any electrical or wiring related project.

Very happy with the responsiveness of Pinnacle Electric. We lost power to half our house and the utility company didn't show any outages in our area, so we called Pinnacle Electric on late Sunday afternoon. James was quick to arrive, friendly, polite, and although he realized our issue ended up being on the utility companies side after all, while he was here he did a quick check of our panel and our fire and carbon monoxide detectors. I will definitely call Pinnacle Electric in the future should we have any electrical work at our house.

Very easy to work with. I've been coordinating several projects in my backyard recently, and Nipper has been the most flexible to arrange visits and complete different stages of work. James logistical help and project management has been expeditious when it came to acquiring a permit and completing necessary code inspections.

Alan was highly professional and very friendly. He quickly solved our problem and clearly explained the issue. I would definitely use Pinnacle Electric again based on this first experience. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of service.

John came within the hour of our call because he knew the noise was upsetting our dogs. He was very kind and understand when he figured out the beep was not related to the hard wired smoke detectors but our plug in CO2 alarm needed a new battery. He did give our smoke detector system maintenance to confirm each one was working correctly and there was not faults in our system. We appreciate his friendly and excellent service. James was very professional and thorough. He was pleasant and explained everything as he went along. He made some additional recommendations but never gave me a hard sell. At the end, he cleaned up and again explained everything before leaving. I would recommend Pinnacle Electric to anyone at anytime.

I called this company after seeing so many positive reviews, but now I'm convinced that they're all fake. I set up an appointment... the day of the appt, no call, no show. I called back to let them know... I had to reschedule 2 days later (they claimed they were booked, even though the no-show was thier mistake), again it happened, no call no show. Even worse, when I initially called for the appointment, they talked me into doing a contract for services, that was cancelable for 7 days. However, whenever I call to cancel, I get the run around... and I'm already 4 days into it, because of their not showing up! I feel like this company is a scam. Don't trust the positive reviews, they're likely fake.

The fellow who came to perform the install of a brand new ceiling fan was so knowledgeable of the installation that he was done in record time and everything works just fine. He had to install a receiver in the fan housing which needed much more wiring and yet he finish up the whole job in less than an hour. Great service, capable staff, good company.

Pinnacle Electric installed a NEMA 14-30 outlet with a 30 amp breaker in my garage. 1st photo is before, the rest are after. Eric was the tech who did the actual installation. Fantastic work, fast, professional, and at a great price. Half of what I was quoted by another vendor. I called them on Monday at 11 am, Tuesday by 5:30 the work was done. We were referred by our real estate agent and they don’t not disappoint. Easy to work with and very responsive with questions and concerns. We always appreciate a company that doesn’t try to overcharge or try to get away anything. We recommend Pinnacle Electric all day.

Could not be more pleased with the work completed by Eric and his assistant. We had recessed lighting installed in a room with very little light, and they were nice enough to give their expertise when consulted about another project. They will be my go to electricians - we've already planned a few more projects for the near future.
