The several women I have spoken to over the phone has had very nasty attitudes, as well as poor customer service skills. The woman spoke with short, snippy tones and would cut off my sentences. How unprofessional! There has been several other instances where some women would fail to contact me or my boyfriend back. I am very disappointed in the management skills for this customer service level issues.

Harry was amazing to work with! The main in our electrical panel went out and we kept losing power in half of our house. He was super efficient, easy to communicate with, and made sure the job was DONE RIGHT. We will be using him again in the future!
