I thought I was in BIG TROUBLE. Another electrician took off with my money and left with only a third of the work done. I thought it would be a HUGE challenge to find someone to clean up someone else’s mess and then I called KO. John the project manager showed up the next day and after some discussion gave me a price to finish the workshop. The price he quoted still allowed me to stay in budget so I accepted. John and Zach showed up on time and ready to work. John, project manager came by to be sure everyone was on the same page and the work began. As the guys were moving along at warp speed I received a visit from the owner of the company to make sure everything was going along as I expected. The work was completed on time, as promised and the quality of the work was just AMAZING! Even though this was a workshop, every wire and box was placed with care and with an emphasis on a professionally looking job. Sometimes things are not as clear cut on this type of job. These guys thought outside the box and found ways to deal with the unusual. They even went so far as to fabricate some parts on site. I am grateful to all of the team at KO and will never bother to call anyone else. Professional team putting out professional grade workmanship. Pleasant, professional and easy to work with.

These guys absolutely saved the day. My electric panel was having serious issues. I had no power at the start of business. These guys came over immediately and started fixing everything. Everyone was super friendly and fast for what a mess I had going on in the shop. Thank you so much for getting us up and running fast!

This company was sent to our rental house through our property manager. The two men that came to the house were both professional and knowledgeable. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company.

KO Electric did several things for us, rerouted wires, moved outlets, installed new outlets, etc. Made 2 trips to our home and was always on time and very professional. Very knowledgeable of what they were doing. They even cleaned up after themselves after we told them we would do it. Would definitely use them again!

K. O. Electric came highly recommended to me by another company that also uses them. A knowledgeable electrician answered the phone and set me an appointment the next day with John who was prompt and assessed my problem in the kitchen as well as another problem with my well switch and wiring which was repaired quickly. After dealing with a sub standard company which has been a nightmare, this company was and is a blessing! I have an old house and need a lot of electric repairs and feel confident and comfortable dealing with K. O. Electric.

Awesome service honest and trustworthy helped me out without taking my money even though he could have easily. Hard to find honest business like this these days.

We used K.O. Electric’s HVAC Division. The owner’s response time was excellent. Our issue was identified and repaired the same day. The work was efficiently completed beyond our expectations.

Took this incompetent company over two years to find out what was wrong with my air unit that they installed. Finally had to prove to them that they had two units that were not compatible with each other installed causing each of them to fault out. This company should be ashamed of the customer service and the work that they performed. Do not use.

He helped my neighbor Gary and was really helpful even after hours. Willing to help over the phone and even send a truck first thing in the morning if needed. The crew that did my sub panel did a great job, made sure that everything was done to are satisfaction, John was here overseeing and answered questions promptly and got the job done in no time.

I had installed a GFI to replace one which I though had stopped functioning. After wiring in the new GFI I could not get it to work. I checked and rechecked what I had done to no avail. Out of frustration I Googled local electricians and I stumbled on to K.O. Electric, very happy I did. I spoke with Ken the owner, he had me check a couple of other things before dispatching a tech. I checked the things he told me to but still no luck. Within a couple of hours an electrician arrived and he checked what I had done. Everything checked out which led him to start hunting for a short. Ultimately the culprit was an extension cord which was being used to power our Christmas lights. I know at the end of the day it wasn't a huge deal but it would have taken me a month of Sunday's to isolate the problem and their tech had the issue diagnosed in a couple of minutes. Additionally their employee was a very pleasant guy and had no problem telling me what was going on. I will certainly call K.O. Electric in the future should I need electrical assistance. I am so pleased with the work that Zack done today to my house he was so awesome and so professional I appreciate him to the highest and thank you so much to the owner for employing someone so humble and so professional and friendly to do the job at my house today thanks I will be calling you guys again

Rating based on quality of work, attitude of staff and general sloppy inconsistency in what I'm finding in the house- loose plates, jerry rigged wall mounts, etc. Two stars though because the main panel is the cleanest I've ever seen.

Go ahead and Call 8316540 with your residential electrical issue. You will get some guy who’s apparently too busy to hear about your residential electrical issue and is more focused on ordering his toasted steak sandwich . Good help is hard to find.
