When my well pump stopped working, after I determined it wasn't the pump and instead the power running out to the pump house, I called Adkins Electric. They were out to my house in rural Nassau County within 24 hours and I was able to use my water the same day. The service manager was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and the crew that came out was professional and got everything fixed in no time. Thanks Adkins!

Jameson Wright came out and did a superb job wiring in our bathroom exhaust fan, receptacle box for bathroom track lights, and installed new wiring and electrical box and wall switches for a living room ceiling fan. Adkins electric is top notch service!

The several women I have spoken to over the phone has had very nasty attitudes, as well as poor customer service skills. I called to inform the front desk personnel, that the Website would not load over the Internet, and that there must be some network or server issue. I was treated very rude. The woman spoke with short, snippy tones and would cut off my sentences. How unprofessional! There has been several other instances where some women would fail to contact me or my boyfriend back. I am very disappointed in the management skills for this customer service level issues.

I've worked with James Wilfong and Adkins Electric numerous time and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and quality of work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
