I called Mr. Electric to install an outlet for my new dishwasher in my kitchen. Not knowing, the phone number I called was the owner. He was very professional, friendly and wanted to help even though I did not call the customer service number like I intended to.2 hours later, I had Steve (Master electrician) at my door. He was also friendly and professional.This is the second time I’ve had work done from Mr. Electric and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I consistently have received.

We had an excellent experience with a technician who went above and beyond. The service is expensive, but ultimately, I felt as though I had cut several corners with renovation and repair projects in the past and had paid dearly for poor work, unable to get in contact with the technicians or contractors who did the work, and left with more expenses to repair shoddy work at the end of the day. I would hire Mr. Sparky again and had a good experience.

We contacted a local electrician to restore power to a faulty wall outlet and light switch. They showed up on schedule, determined the issue, and fixed it effectively. If you need any electrical repair done, I suggest calling a local electrician.

After researching many electric companies, I decided to go with Cross Electric. I needed outdoor garage lighting installed. Chris came out and did an exceptional job. He was on time, professional, showed me how the programmable switch worked, and cleaned up after. They are now in my contacts for any future electrical needs!

We discussed the duration of the project, and the electrician began immediately. The electrician did an excellent job restoring power for my family and me; we are so appreciative!

Three years ago I employed Huggins Electric for job that cost several thousand dollars. They did what I needed and ASKED ME to write them a good review. I did. Five stars. When my neighbor asked me to get help (she is past 90, hard of hearing and has other impairments), I agreed to call MY electrician. Mr Huggins told me he was very busy, but one of his kids might be able to help. I waited several days. No reply. I called again, got a recording. Explained that I needed help again and if Huggins could not help me, PLEASE to recommend someone they would trust. No reply. So I guess I will see how well my neighbor's choice of electrician does. I don't know who I will use in the future, but it will NOT be Huggins. They need neither my business, nor my recommendations to my friends. After the way I have been treated, they do not deserve a good review from me, either.

My AC would not come on when I tried to use it with the recent increase in temperatures. I initially reached out to one-hour air to check my AC, but when they came out there was no power to the unit. They scheduled Buffalo to come out the next day to check my new panel (installed with solar a few months ago). Ryan was able to immediately troubleshoot & correct the issue. It took less than 30 minutes. He was very helpful & informative. I will 100% be going to Buffalo for my future electrical needs.

My home was struck by lightning in March of this year at 2:00 am in the morning. Thomas Electric was the only Electrical Company that I could get through to and they immediately dispatched a Tech to my house. They were so very patient and kind and checked our home completely putting my mind at ease. Since then they have done a lot of rewiring in my home and have been a God send! Their prices are great and they are always courteous to clean up. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
