On Feb 11, 2021 at 3:43pm, an electrician from Cano Electric, came to my apartment; because the breaker flips off for no apparent reason. The maintenence men in the apartment complex diagnosed the problem, but where forced to get a licensed professional to do the repairs. The gentleman didn't seem to know what he was supposed to fix; because he asked me what was wrong, and what he needed to do. I simply relayed to him what the three previous maintenence men told me: the breaker box needed to be replaced; because the living room and the first bedroom need to be on two different breakers. Also there was an empty slot in the breaker box which is a potential fire hazard. The maintenence man immediately became defensive saying there was nothing wrong with the breakers, the breaker box or its wiring. I asked him did he want me to plug up an appliance up? I began to vacuum the living room floor and in less than 30 seconds,  the breaker flipped off. He asked us to plug something up in the bedroom. We did,  and the breaker flipped off again. He walked to the bedroom and said the reason the breaker is flipping off is because the heater is using to much electricity. He proceeded to tell us just don't plug it up anymore. We informed him that the closets aren't insulated,  and when open, it feels like a refrigerator inside of the room. As well as the windows being single pane and air seeping in because they aren't properly sealed.  He became aggressive, hostile and extremely rude. Arguing that he isn't replacing anything just don't plug up the heater. I told the electrician if he wouldn't or couldn't fix the problem, that's fine, just leave my home. He grew more upset. Saying I didn't know what I was talking about and neither did the previous maintenence men. I told him there's no need to go back and forward, if he can't or won't fix the problem to simply leave. He then said that I need to be more respectful and appreciative. My roommate asked for
the compainies business card. He claimed the company didn't have any cards. She then asked for his managers name and phone number. He wouldn't give her that information either. Instead he claimed his manager was on his cell phone. At that point I explained the situation to his superior, or so I thought that was who I was talking to. The person seemed concerned. He said he would be right over, and the electrian finally left. His supervisor never came out. Instead, the same electrician came back to my apapartment, with the head maintenance man from The Falls Apartment complex, which I live in.

The eletrician acted professional once he was chaperoned. Again,  we were told not to plug the heater,  but now we were told to use a different plug on a different wall. The electrician swapped out a 15amp breaker with yet another 15amp breaker, and switched out the sockets in the wall. There is still a empty slot in the breaker box that was somehow over looked. If you're a woman, beware. This gentleman didn't leave my apartment until we were forced to get a supervisor involved.

The license plate on his work van was NCJ0288.

I've used AA All Services before and was pleased with their work. So pleased that we rehired them to replace our fence when a driver crashed thru it. The crash happened early on a Sunday morning and his team was out to inspect and quote on Monday morning. My fence was repaired that week! And since we had not replaced our fence since buying the home, we decided to do the remaining fence also. All of their work was custom, not cheap panels of fencing. The prompt response to our situation and the time that it took to replace everything was all done quickly. I would highly recommend doing business with AA All Services!

Christopher and his helper were great. I had an issue with a fan not working properly. Not just he diagnosed the issue, but he also found the source and fixed it. The service was affordable and I will hire Desnina Electric again.

Excellent work! I had the guys at Buffalo Electric install some dimmer switches around my house along with a new ceiling fan! Very happy with the work and craftsmanship! Highly recommend!

Update: The owner called to discuss my reasons for a previously low rating. He agreed to waive the Service Call fee since I am willing to have my AC equipment at my properties serviced by his company. This reflects the willingness to talk with customers about their grievances and the company's integrity and its service commitment.

Previously: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. After reading the good reviews on Google, I was hoping that this company would be my go-to company; however it didn't turn out that way. My AC wasn't working so I called and they were very reasonable with their service call price and response; however, the technician didn't know how to fix the issue so he said he would send more experience tech out. In the mean time, I found out through my family that the EcoBee has a software glitch that was the cause of my problem. I was able to fix the AC on my own so I called Enoch back the same day to tell them and left a message since no one answered the phone. Ten days later, I received a bill for the service call. I asked them to waive the service call fee since I was the one who fixed the AC and that they never even sent another tech out. Their reply was NO, I may pay the service call fee. I have to pay for the service call even though they didn't even know what the problem was nor knew how to fix it. Let me see, I have 4 properties that they could provide yearly maintenance on (and I told them this) but they chose to charge me $65 and forgo all future work on my 4 properties. I sent them a message via the google quote tool and soon after Amber from Dodson Electric reached out to me to schedule a time for Chris to swing by. The issue was that some downstream outlets from the GFCI in the kitchen weren’t working. It was like this since I moved in 15 months ago. Chris was able to visit me the same day and knew exactly where to look and he promptly fixed it.

He earned bonus points by removing his shoes without me asking him to. Huge plus there. He’s prompt, professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely a great electrician. From start to finish the service was top-notch. I highly recommend him to anyone reading this and will share his info with folks who have electrical issues around me.

They were supposed to be at my house at 5pm on Wednesday. They never showed and didn't bother to contact me that they couldn't make it.

Tyler did awesome! He fixed our issue quickly, the price was great, and he didn't mind my annoying big dogs. I will call them for any future electrical needs! The owner was also super helpful when I scheduled the appointment. 10/10
