Way overpriced

Amazing company with a great group of customer service oriented electricians. I believe the gentleman that helped me out was Ricky. I couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to help me diagnose and repair an electrical problem at a community I manage. He was respectful, punctual, and knowledgeable, highly recommend Douglas Electric.

They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did great work and troubleshot every possible option to figure out the problem. I will definitely use them again.

Had a problem that my limited skills could not figure out. Mike and coworker proved their expertise and abilities by analyzing and fixing all of the issues. Expensive? Compared to some things yes but their electrical expertise, skill set and reliability are worth the cost for safety and correct electrical connections.

This company has been out to my house 3 times through my warranty company. I STILL do not know what it will cost nor what the problem is to repair some outlets that are out.
The same guy all 3 times. He told me he would not do the job since he would have to deal with my spray foam insulation.
DO NOT waste your time or money with them. This guy is overly by ccx the book, and super bougie! He is always on the phone walking around my home & property talking with someone. Very unprofessional. It comes across like he is too good for the job, and he wants to charge for everything time he looks at something.
And everytime me and my insurance company tried to call their phone number, it always went to a recording and we had to wait to be called back.
No such thing as above & beyond for the customer here.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

We recently had outage on our bathroom circuit due to low amps. Kristopher was quick to respond and fix. He is very knowledgeable, diligent and repairs and installs properly. Explaining the process as he goes. He also installed a new panel that was needed. Thank you for fantastic customer service!

Had Panther City Electric come out and install a transfer switch and the outlet for my generator. They were able to work with my schedule and were on time. Install looks great and it passed the home inspection. I will definitely be using them in the future. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

10 stars These guys are the best choice for honesty , quality, and customer service. Called on wed to see if they could help. I already wasted time with 5 other big name companies. Glad i called. Jason gave me quote over the phone after i described my outside unit model number. Price was great and in line with the research i had done. The others guys are crooks trying to talk me into new inside unit to go with outdoor. Even their quote for just an outside unit was highway robbery. Anywhere from 800 to 3800 dollars higher. The techs Raul and Enoc were great and knowledgeable. Did the little extra things for no upcharge.. I will call this company for all hvac maintenance and repair for life with this kind of service. You would be foolish not let this company have a chance at your business. Thanks to Jason , Beverly , Raul and Enoc..

On the best electrical outfits I've ever seen. Everybody is so professional. Masks and gloves on every service call. I know because I'm one of those technicians that does most of the calls.

We were having a very recent problem with two electrical sockets in our bedroom, but when I phoned Scott Electric they told me over the phone how I could resolve the problem--and it worked!!!
I certainly will try them again if problems arise in our electrical system!
