Did not go with this company due to the treatment I received. Walked in to ask a general question to realize they were laughing at my question as I walked back out. I thought I had maybe over analyzed the situation so I decided to call them for an estimate on some busted pipes that occurred by the freeze. The guy who answered the phone gave me the same type of attitude I received when I went in person which validated my opinion of them. He was very rude and had no interest. Stopped me after I said I had some plumbing issues and told me there's nothing they can do and they wouldn't even take an appointment until 2+ weeks. I understand plumbers are very busy with the work going on but the rude attitude was not needed in my opinion.

We have used Sanders Plumbing for many years and highly recommend them. They have helped us solve many plumbing problems over the years and always do thorough and professional work.

We just moved in to our home and had to call John late on a Friday evening and again on Sunday around noon to help us with problems inherited with the house. He is very knowledgeable and his work is very thorough. He explained our options and was patient answering questions. His fees were very reasonable, especially for weekend work. This company was sent to my house by American Home Shield to unclog a sink in my bathroom. They were unable to unclog it with a snake and said they would have to install a clean out (not covered by AHS). They told me that it would cost $500. I hired a different plumber do the job for $200. I ended up having to pay Lone Star Water Services a $75 dispatch fee even though they didn't fix anything. Lone Star Water Services is WAY overpriced.....They couldn't even figure out how to get my P-trap to stop leaking. Stay away!

My daughter noticed there was water on the foundation and told me to call United Plumbing because she had used them in the past. The office manager was very responsive and got someone out right away. Kris came out and explained everything he found and what he was doing. He was quick and had the leak found and fixed in no time flat. I have a Navien water heater that wasn't completely installed correctly by a different plumber. I had a few plumbers come out but none could fix my issue. I had Kerry Lewis Plumbing come out and they were able to fix the issue. They were able to get the recirc feature to work correctly and installed a catch basin (which should have been installed by the original installer). I thought I had finally found a good plumber. Well, last year we noticed a leak coming from our ceiling. I had them come out but they couldn't find a leak. That cost me $270 just to have them come out. Well, the leak is back. This time I was able to figure out it's coming from the drain hole in the catch basin that Kerry Lewis Plumbing installed. I spoke with Martin (I believe that's his name) several times to try to get on their schedule. And each time, I've been told he doesn't have the schedule yet for the next day or he has guys out, and he would call me back (which he never did). Instead of just telling me he doesn't want the job or doesn't have the time for me....he's been stringing me along. No more. I found someone else, and they are already headed to my house. Kerry Lewis lost a good customer. I was very patient with them, but after a week of getting the runaround...I couldn't wait any longer.
