Did not used their service. But they do need better phone skills. We got stuck behind their truck in the Express Lane while they were going 65mph (the express is 75mph). Thought, well I'll call and ask if they can have their truck speed up or take the next exit. So I called, and explained just that. And the man who answered the phone replied Lady, why do you care how fast my truck is going?! and it went down hill from there. So I said thanks for your time, and hung up. Hope their electric skills are better than that.

Took a day off to get some electrical work done. Called six times before I got an answer at the office and the technician never called or would answer my calls. That’s just horrible. Never quite had an experience like this.

I called B.W Electric to come out and service my fan. The person who came out claimed to be the owner of the company stated I can't repair or service your celing fan if you do not have the manual on hand. The man spoke in a very derogitive tone to both I and my family, he refused to provide service for an electronic appliance and left me without providing the services that I had hired him for.

We ended up needing a lot more work done to correct past errors and short cuts to get our home safe and functional and to accomplish all the things we were looking to do, and we fully trusted Christopher with the job. I had them install a new ac and blower unit. It had problems from the get go. Called them and the came out to fix it. They had put some sort of ad on to the unit that had not been installed properly. After the repairs the unit operated fine, however it got too cold before it would shut off and too warm before it came on. I messeged them about it but they didnt reply. Now I tried out the heat and it seemed to work. But now the AC wont cool any longer. Called them three times and they dont answer even though it says they are open 24/7. Not very happy with the unit or the service.
