Thank you. Great job, quality work, great people, excellent communication. Cross Electric installed a much needed new, expanded electrical panel box. My old box had overloaded circuits and corroded breakers. We now have a new system with much ability to expand when we remodel, surge protection and a transfer switch to connect to my generator. We will be using Cross Electric again.

Henry & Henry did a fantastic job installing recessed lighting in our kitchen for a fair price. We would use them again!

We had another electrician flake on us. Saying they would come, but never showed. We called Mr. Ken because we were having an install that afternoon and we needed the final plug finished, plus a touch of other items that needed to be done. Mr. Ken was to our home in less than an hour and had completed the work just in time for the contractors to finish up. Everyone loved him and said what a cool man he is! Then I referred him to one of my best friends and when she called him after the 2/2021 snow storm, he came quickly to her rescue. It's so wonderful to find kindness and care as well as professionalism and good work!

Tech came in and asked for the service call money upfront. His attitude was very negative from the beginning. He opened the outlet and said that the ground was improperly installed in the outlet. When I asked him how he knew, he said the cables in the house don't go bad and we inherit problems from prior owners. Maybe an animal had damaged it.

The outlet stop working and showed an open ground. We have lived here for over 10 years. The outlet had been working properly before. He said if I had problems with the warranty company it was time to look for a new one. He said he can repair it if I paid $450 in addition to the service call. Not a good company to call.

Love having Patrick come out to do work. He wired my dishwasher for and I appreciated his work so much I hired him to do a car charger install. Purchased the charger through him, so any possible warranty work could be completed through him as well. Him and his workers are always professional, on-time, and do quality work. Lots of good communication leading up the scheduled date and time for work, so I know what's going on with procuring materials. Also made sure I understood the process for the work they were doing while they were doing it. Will continue doing business with him as much as I can get away with.

Jeronimo was very prompt to fix my power outage at my house and carried himself very professionally. I would definetely recommend!

Associate Jeremy was very patient and professional while answering all my concerns on a whole house backup generator.

Breeze upgraded our electrical by adding a transformer, new panel, and outlet. They quoted us the lowest price AND the fastest delivery (thank you Randy). So, it was a no-brainer picking them. After the work was completed, we have no complaints. We hired them previously to repair some circuits that had been improperly wired. Before that, we had them quote an HVAC repair (the only reason we didn't choose them for the HVAC repair was that we got a slightly lower price from someone else). The HVAC technician they sent and the electrician they sent (Stephen) were knowledgeable straight shooters. If we need HVAC or electrical in the future, Breeze will definitely be one of the contractors we ask to quote again. :)
Got Breeze to fix another electrical problem. They found several problems; and, took care of them in about 5 hrs. Thanks again!
