A technician named Mike came to my house and I was extremely pleased. He was knowledgeable and had experience with older homes so understood what needed to be done. He fixed the immediate problem very efficiently and gave me an estimate for future jobs that I want to tackle without pressure. He seemed very trustworthy so I will likely be giving them my electrical jobs from here out.

Honestly went above and beyond my expectations. They were super responsive, even answering a text i sent at 9pm. They made sure to remind me about the administartive tasks I needed to do as homeowner, which was super useful to me. They were very quick and unobtrusive. I paid my invoice in advance using the estimate, and they issued a refund when the actual cost ended up being lower than the estimate. Its a small thing, but it emphasizes their work ethic and honesty. When they came out for the estimate they made sure to explain what was necessary and the different options I had to go about it. My go-to electricians.

We bought a swim spa and needed electric ran to the back of our yard so we could instal it. After calling around I spoke with a woman named Pheobe and she was so knowledgeable that I hired them. They were able to get me on the schedule quick. The guys were really nice. They cleaned up after themselves. They did great!

Called and got same day service. 10/10 would recommend. I will use Arrow electric next time I have an electrical issue.

Horrible Service.
Had read the 8 positive reviews and hopeful that my warranty company got a reputable individual to help resolve my needs.
That was far from the case, tech arrived late and lacked all professionalism. Was in a hurry to get job done and move on without even providing a receipt.
All said, he didn't even fix the issues and now am having to contact the warranty company for escalated assistance

Never hire these guys. They arr cheats. Called them to get a circuit breaker swapped. Technician quoted me $750 for it . Said that his professional fee for about half hour of work . Did not want to help at all .. Left without any work and with the show up fee .
